He’s protected by the 1st Amendment. Back in the day, they used to burn people in effigy-they would set real fire to a doll (more like a scarecrow) of the person they don’t like. That could be anyone from a zoning official to the President. It’s always been protected by 1A.

If you want to claim that it's reasonable because people lie sometimes, then the same could be said for truthful statements, so while doing one or the other is extreme, believing that everyone is lying is far less reasonable than beleiving everyone is telling the truth., because one at least has some level of evidence (the person giving the testimony) even if it's not strong enough to be believed off that alone generally, whilst the other makes an assertion with absolutely zero evidence, that can't even be falsified because any evidence provided no matter how strong will be written off as fabricated.
That statement just means that is worst,to believe everything is true because you always have to ask twice about everything, do your own research (from several points of view, not only those you think are right) and never take anything for an absolute; because the moment you do you’ll be failing to the truth.

Have you learned or heard about the restrictions put on the ENTIRE DEFENSE before JURY SELECTION?
Or that during jury selection, when told the JUDGE found him guilty (not a jury) any juror who questioned that was dismissed (like how juries find defendent guilty or not guilty in a jury trial.)
OR that no one on defense can claim they are innocent, mention the 1st amendment, OR submit their own exhibits of evidence...
Has 1 objection from defense been sustained? Has 1 objection from plaintiff been pverruled?

This here boys and girls is why you comply with court orders so that you don’t get a default judgement and have to defend everything you ever said on the interwebs
Problem with that is the court order was to turn over thing that there is no way to disprove the existence of, so the judge just said well since I don't know if there is anything you haven't turned over I'm just going to assume you didn't.
Do you know what exactly he didn't comply with? I could only find a few examples of very minor things that I wouldn't imagine could have ever lead to a default judgement.

@@brianlacroix822 I thought I heard him say he spends 4 hours a day on his show. I've seen his shows and he rants a million miles an hour about the craziest stuff you can think of. He had to do a couple hours in court doing what he does every day for 4 hours. Poor guy.

🗣️I live the town over SANDY HOOK, it’s a quaint little town 🏡mostly wealthy families💰. It was a dark and somber town for many many years. I remember the heart wrenching 💔feeling I felt every time I drove around Newtown, CT(where the tragedy took place) I try to not even cross that town anymore it feels very dark.
