      As somebody who is allergic to everything living or unliving: We really are sorry. We hate it as much as everyone else. But we have to breathe. And yes, we already did take DayQuil/Mucinex/Zyrtec/Allegra/Claritin, and Sudafed is now controlled. In my case it's also acid reflux--it feels like there's something in my throat and I need to cough for about ten hours a day.

      They make this public but where was all the transparency when the out of control judge who has to hear herself speak every 2 minutes attacked and wrongfully took away Jones’s right to a fair trial and ruled on by a jury of his peers.

      @@brandonl7124 I do agree with you on that one actually. I heard everything that Alex Jones wanted to say and the judge was cutting him off when he was trying to explain things. In my opinion he did not have a fair chance to elaborate in detail before he was interrupted over and over. He was reminder all the time that "it was not a conversation", that it was a "straight and direct answer to the questions".

      Defamation laws typically require proof of malicious intent, or evidence to prove the suspect knowingly spread false or damaging information.
      I would guess that more lawsuits aren't created due to the time to research, obtain a trail and attend court cases as well as all of the money that is invested in those processes.
      Sometimes, the payout does not feel worth the effort.

      All cases involve an extensive jury selection phase where both sides question jurors and have the ability to investigate jurors in an effort to weed out those they feel may be biased. Then both sides have to sign off on each juror. If a juror is biased, that’s on both sides for not investigating deeper.
