Oh snap! This is the lawyer that asked Amber Heard's psychiatrist if he made an analysis on Johnny depp's processing speed by watching 'Willy Wonka' "Willy Wonka doesn't matter to you?!" lmao that was epic! And he's a legend!😂
It’s almost 1 am and I’m laughing my butt off! I loved that Willy Wonka testimony too 😂😂😂 and the guy who was testifying from his car and vaping! 😂😂😂 So glad Johnny was vindicated 👍🏼
Yeah I was gonna ask if that's the same lawyer. 🤣🤣🤣
I KNOW, I'M DYING! Dennison is a DELIGHT! Anyone know if the transcript for the Depp sidebars are available anywhere?
God I wish we could have heard the Depp sidebars 😂
Ikr?! 😏 The transcripts are in the doc released but it’s not the same as hearing them live, in the moment... and seeing reactions. I would’ve loved to hear Elaine whine to the judge and trigger herself. Haha
And the OJ Simpson ones!!! WOW.
I thought the same thing. Lol
You can read them from the transcripts.

I watched the whole Depp vs Heard. Wayne Dennison was like the stealth bomber of Lawyers, they never saw him coming till he dropped his payload on them. He was masterful.
Wayne Dennison was masterful both on direct and cross of the experts in Depp v. Heard 👏👏👏👏
Wayne Dennison was the unsung hero of the Depp-Heard trial
Plaintiff lawyer: Question
Defense lawyer: Objection
Judge: Sustained
Jones: Answers anyway
Defense lawyer: Bruh...
Wayne Dennison did not get nearly enough credit for his part in the Depp case! He was so awesome!
I can't imagine anyone else taking such a unique approach to expert witness testimony. He had me thinking he was being silly at first, but it took me a minute to realize what he was doing.
He's a clown.
@@lawrencepaul82nd Yet, he helped Johnny win on all counts.
Wayne Dennison demolished all of Heard's expert witnesses. After that, Heard-the-clown was left standing alone clutching her bag of lies, which Vasquez was easily able to dismantle. Without Dennison's masterful work in the trial, the verdict would have swayed more in Heard's favour.
@@lawrencepaul82nd elaborate
Mr. Wayne Dennison the masterclass lawyer.
Wayne Dennison has great voice. My favourite lawyer on team Depp.
Oh my god, the court painting he has of Elaine Bredehoft throwing a tantrum is hilarious.
Haha I missed that, I had to go back. It's a lovely painting 😁
Wayne Dennison! I would love to pick this man’s brain. Such a strategic intellectual
I’m so glad you had Dennison!! He was one of my favorites from the Depp trial. I’ve watched his cross of Dr Hughes and Spiegel more times than I’d like to admit. 😂
Same here lol
I find the judge deciding to broadcast the sidebars so badass
Love Wayne Dennison. He had such a unique, direct approach in the Depp case. It was off putting at first, but grew on me throughout the trial.
He has a unique way of disarming ppl during cross-exam. Just when they think they’re winning, he makes them eat their words, dig their own graves, and look like utter f00Is. My fave was when he cross-examined the bird-Iike (or perhaps duck-like - quack) psychologist with the weird tongue gestures. Lol.

@@nothanksmate Dennison was giving a masterclass in witness examination. Even Rottenborn, Elaine and the clown who objected to himself couldn't object to this guy. He did comply. Was unable to provide some information due to a third party (RUclips/google) blocking him from being able to access information. Default was an extreme judgement.

How was he found guilty by default? I don’t understand how that happens. Can someone explain it?
Agreed. Quoting the lawyer in the video: “His lawyers, he, failed to comply with the judge’s orders. And this was the penalty.” (A guilty verdict.)
Like how is that justice? Even if he “egregiously” failed to comply with the judges pretrial demands. That immediately makes you guilty? And you get no actual trial? Wtf?
You guys are honestly idiots. He was found guilty by default because he did not attend the civil suit a year ago…known as the discovery phase. This is the sentencing phase. It’s like you people are children. Ignorance is astonishing and exhausting.
The plaintiffs filed a civil suit against Jones, claiming that he defamed them and their loved ones who died in the massacre by repeatedly making reckless claims that Sandy Hook was a hoax, even after he knew it was not. Jones chose to take the suit to court as is his right. With that comes the discovery process, where both sides must turn over evidence to the other so that a just outcome can be reached.
Jones refused to comply with discovery for 4 years. He was warned, he was fined, he was warned again. He was explicitly warned that if he did not turn over the required documents, a default judgement would be entered against him. Jones still did not comply, and the court stayed true to their word.
At the beginning of the trial it was discussed how Jones still has not turned over the data, even after the default judgement. Notably Google Analytics which would be used to determine how much his companies grew as a result of his Sandy Hook coverage. First Jones said they didn't have Analytics data, so they couldn't turn it over. Then it was discovered that they did have the data, but Jones claimed they never actually used it so he felt it was unfair for him to turn it over (in violation of court orders). Then internal InfoWars emails showed that not only did they have the data, but they'd been using it for years to gauge company growth. Jones is still violating discovery orders to this day, and as a result it complicates the ability to see how much he profited from his lies that hurt others
During the phase of the trial where they were determining guilt, Jones repeatedly refused to hand over documents that he was legally obliged to hand over. The conclusion is, that he doesnt want to conply because he knows it will result in a guilty verdict, so he got the guilty verdict that he deserved. This phase is about his income, to determine how much money he made off his Sandy Hook lies, so that money can be returned to his victims.
Invite Robert Barnes onto the sidebar that would be really interesting if he would come on the show in the first place.
