  • My dears, welcome to a new mini workout for beginners specially designed for anyone who wants to incorporate cardio and HIIT exercises into their workout routine in order to lose weight as quickly as possible. What's great is that this workout is also ideal for women over 40 (40 plus).
    The exercises in this workout are performed using your own body weight, in intervals of 30 seconds per set, with a 10-second break between them. There are a total of 16 exercises that will challenge and motivate you to achieve the best results. Don't worry, halfway through the mini-workout you have a well-deserved 30-second break to rest and hydrate.
    I recommend doing this video one or even two more times, with a 30-60 second break between repetitions, to achieve maximum results. Trust me, it's worth the extra effort!
