10 days ago I said to myself: "I'm not going to do this workout, that's too hard". Today I just stopped thinking and started doing. I skipped a few excercises, but still did around 30 minutes. Really proud of myself! Thank you for all of the videos (I also do yoga every morning, it made me much stronger) ❤
...taking a break just to catch my breath & say that this class is tough, but also the most fun class i've had in awhile!! I'm also really enjoying that heavenly music it's set to- it's honestly inspiring me to connect to my own soul through my body & breath! thank you.

It's my first time doing this pilates workout and after doing this, I feel so much fresher and stronger than before. Even though during this workout I paused many times, take a deep breaths many times, and sweating a lot!! I feel like I wanna give up in the middle, but finally I did it 'till the end! So proud of my self, and I'm going to do this workout every week!!! Thank you❤

Type 1 or type 2 diabetes? Yes. Diabetes is a huge change in lifestyle and requires a lot of balance. I hope you find ways to deal with it. It doesn't hurt to find a buddy who also has diabetes (or a support group) to talk about it. There are others who are struggling too.
i just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. your practices have made me so much more aware of myself and let myself live in the present rather than worry about what doesn't exist. i look forward to every practice everyday and i am soo grateful that you post such beautiful practices to help calm the mind and help it reconnect with our bodies. i'm a sophomore in school and it gets rly rly stressful sometimes and these practice ahhhh they bring me back to life. thank you thank you thank you so so much!

Absolutely loved this class! Love the way you flow from one exercise to another. I like trying different type of workouts, but when I'm back to your always after workout I feel energized, calm and happy and tell mysels this type of workouts with you are best for me. I love that is 45 min and that is a full body workout and the streching in between of course. :) So I would be very happy if see such workouts again in future.
