I’ve done this video many times and as always I love the amount you hold poses and the amount of 3/6 breathing. What is the pain music? It’s really simple and helps to relax. I feel really tired, depressed, sad and lonely due to the fact that im dealing with the complications of liver disease, advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver, that I was given at birth from my biological mother. I couldn't sleep last night because I overthink and now I promised I'd go to church. But I really wanna go back to sleep. I made sure that I did my daily practice with you though because it's very important to me. Thank you so much for being there for me. A lot of people have abandoned me due to my illness and it hurts. Kassandra, please know that even years after posting these videos, they help people like me so much. Over the last few weeks, I’ve ran into a scary new time with my anxiety…to the point where I’ve spiraled into fears of stopping my own heart out of accidental will (I know, this sounds absolutely insane). I’m so exhausted, but I’m afraid to sleep. My body is confusing the calm feeling of falling asleep, for death, triggering a multitude of new symptoms I’m not used to - like sweaty palms, tingling in the feet/hands, lightheadedness, faint heartbeat, lack of focus and memory, trembling/shivering, disassociation from my body, numbness, back/neck pain, a weird rollercoaster feeling in my heart/stomach. It’s just been awful. I do your mini yoga classes in either the morning or night, but wow, after doing this practice, I feel so warm and whole for the first time in WEEKS. I don’t feel my internal jitters at all. I’m so excited to lay down and see if I can sleep now. And even if I can’t, I just want to thank you for making me feel normal for a few minutes. I’m so grateful for any moment I get to feel like the “old me”. I’ll be clinging onto this practice until I can find a fitting therapist. Thank you, so, so much. You are so greatly appreciated 💙

Thank you for this stress relief practice. Working 12 hours a day trying to complete validations of COVID19 antibodies gots to me so awful that I had a melt down. I feel a lot calmer and focused now. I’m going to continue working today for the best for our clinical trials patients.

I have been experiencing significant stress from trying to balance family drama, school, work, and have neglected myself the last several months. I spent the morning in urgent care because I thought I had appendicitis. Turns out I was having an abdominal migraine brought on by stress. That was my signal that I need to prioritize myself, and know that all the issues I am struggling with will pass. I can handle it, and I can't let it dominate my life. Just finished this practice. Your intro was exactly where I was before the practice. I knew that yoga was the way to go, but I neglected self care. Negative thoughts took over, my mind was constantly running with them. Even during the practice I was feeling those negative stressful emotions. However, by the time I reached shavasana, automatically my thoughts had shifted to gratitude with a smile on my face! So powerful! Thank you. I love your channel and everything you offer!! Hi Kassandra! For two month now, I discover Yin yoga with you. I practice hatha, vinyasa, restorative for 7 years, but I didn't find good yin practices. I thank you cause this practice is much harder than it seems....patience is not my first quality and Yin helps me for that. Somebody else wants to thank you: my low back! I suffer for years from low back pain cause of my work and yoga helped me a lot but Yin yoga relieve totally the pain and I don't have to take medication when I can practice. This time of year is really stressful for a lot of people, and this session was magic for me last night, I almost get asleep on my mat....so here I am again to practice it tonight. Thanks again!
Thank you so much! I awoke today with so much anxiety from yesterday I needed a series of radical self-care practices to ground myself into my body again. This Yin yoga practice was for night time before bed and it has ccmpleted the process of returning me to my body more fully. Because I am not supposed to do figure-4 poses right now, I substituted the one pose for a child's pose with bolster and that was good. I ended up feeling so much love, inner strength, gratitude and a sense of really occuping my body and being connected to it, which is wonderful! Thank you, Kassandra, for sharing your beautiful practice with us.
seriously, thank you for a stress/anxiety relief session. I only started trying yoga a couple days ago but its helping so far. I recently lost someone I love deeply because of my own actions. it takes so much from me everyday. I have times where I feel like I want to breakdown, but I cant. im trying to focus on other things like music, but the stress of it all drifts me away from just putting time into it. doing these stretches, it helps little by little letting me find the strength again to continue and not lay in bed all day. I hope to find more anti-anxiety practices like this. it helps.
Best program ever for getting all that stress and anxiety out of my body and mind. I lost someone in cancer last Friday and I’ve been like a roller coaster. I do your yin yoga programs everyday but this was really calming and helped me to “get out of my body” for a little while. Thank you!🙏🏼❤️

I feel lighter and calmer yet recharged after this practice. Kassandra, your classes are beautiful and I appreciate what you do! The Yin classes in particular have helped to keep me grounded in the weeks gone by and I love finding the balance between this style and the hatha/vinyasa. I knew I needed to leave you a comment after I experienced a feeling of bliss during Savasana- it's like my mind was free from the constant stream of thoughts and background noise for the first time in quite a while. You're definitely one of my absolute favourite yoga teachers.

And it has! Even tho, it was hard for me to focus on my breath cuz it has been about 4 months.. I found my zen thru simple poses, calm instruction w such peaceful tunes. I’m a law student and it is very high stress. I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and hips and this really helped relieve it! This is my new stress relief go to for sure! Plus I enjoyed seeing Luna at the end 😊

I have worked with your videos this month, setting my intention on Flexy February but after 10 days, as some deep tensions released into my hips, I gained flexibility but lost strenght. So I have danced between yin and vinyasa videos for flexibility and your videos special from strenghthening hips, knees, back etc. I am happy with the result, even if I did not follow your plan. I am more flexible than ever and I can rebuild real strenght where there was only tension. Thank you for all these wonderful videos. Love and some peace vibrations
I did this practice today. I cannot thank you enough. I was going through a very very tough day and was just not able to shake it off. This really calmed me down and help me feel centered and rejuvenated. Thank you so much 😊
This was wonderful. My yoga practice really improved during long lockdowns last year but, not surprisingly, things began to slip when work began again. Omicron madness in the UK at the moment means a second Christmas alone but this really helped. I’m in my fifties so the gentleness of yin really works for me. I’m also an amateur musician so piano tones help me keep my focus on my breath and avoid distracting thoughts. The time flew by!
This was really good. I plan to take a yin teaching class and learning ways to manage my own anxiety with myself and to teach others how to manage it for themselves. Thank you so much for this class.

Just finished this practice. Your intro was exactly where I was before the practice. I knew that yoga was the way to go, but I neglected self care. Negative thoughts took over, my mind was constantly running with them. Even during the practice I was feeling those negative stressful emotions. However, by the time I reached shavasana, automatically my thoughts had shifted to gratitude with a smile on my face! So powerful! Thank you. I love your channel and everything you offer!! Grateful!!!

Hi Kassandra! For two month now, I discover Yin yoga with you. I practice hatha, vinyasa, restorative for 7 years, but I didn't find good yin practices. I thank you cause this practice is much harder than it seems....patience is not my first quality and Yin helps me for that. Somebody else wants to thank you: my low back! I suffer for years from low back pain cause of my work and yoga helped me a lot but Yin yoga relieve totally the pain and I don't have to take medication when I can practice.
This time of year is really stressful for a lot of people, and this session was magic for me last night, I almost get asleep on my mat....so here I am again to practice it tonight.

Thank you so much! I awoke today with so much anxiety from yesterday I needed a series of radical self-care practices to ground myself into my body again. This Yin yoga practice was for night time before bed and it has ccmpleted the process of returning me to my body more fully. Because I am not supposed to do figure-4 poses right now, I substituted the one pose for a child's pose with bolster and that was good. I ended up feeling so much love, inner strength, gratitude and a sense of really occuping my body and being connected to it, which is wonderful! Thank you, Kassandra, for sharing your beautiful practice with us.
seriously, thank you for a stress/anxiety relief session. I only started trying yoga a couple days ago but its helping so far. I recently lost someone I love deeply because of my own actions. it takes so much from me everyday. I have times where I feel like I want to breakdown, but I cant. im trying to focus on other things like music, but the stress of it all drifts me away from just putting time into it. doing these stretches, it helps little by little letting me find the strength again to continue and not lay in bed all day. I hope to find more anti-anxiety practices like this. it helps.

I feel lighter and calmer yet recharged after this practice. Kassandra, your classes are beautiful and I appreciate what you do! The Yin classes in particular have helped to keep me grounded in the weeks gone by and I love finding the balance between this style and the hatha/vinyasa. I knew I needed to leave you a comment after I experienced a feeling of bliss during Savasana- it's like my mind was free from the constant stream of thoughts and background noise for the first time in quite a while. You're definitely one of my absolute favourite yoga teachers.

Kassandra, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! 🙏🏼 I, myself, have been very stressed, anxious, worried.. and neglecting the mat. Like you admitted, I know it only makes me feel so much better! And it has! Even tho, it was hard for me to focus on my breath cuz it has been about 4 months.. I found my zen thru simple poses, calm instruction w such peaceful tunes. You’ve reminded me why yoga is so important to me & should really be my priority for my own sanity 😇❤️✌🏼🧘🏻♀️

Love this one, Kassandra. I have had the worst month with stress and am having a lot of hip and hamstring tension. Slowing down and breathing always helps remind me to calm down... like you said, we neglect our practice when we need it most, thanks for the reminder and all you do!

Thank you. I did this routine two days in a row. It got easier physically. My worries still crept in, but there were moments of relief.

I’m a law student and it is very high stress. I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and hips and this really helped relieve it! This is my new stress relief go to for sure! Plus I enjoyed seeing Luna at the end 😊
I never really write comments to youtube videos, but I felt I just had to share how helpful I found this video. I was quite skeptical about the benefits of yoga before discovering Kassandra's videos, then i did the 30 challenge and many others as well, but I found this particular practice the best thing that I could have done these extremely stressful days, it really hit hard.. you've got some amazing energies to share.

I have worked with your videos this month, setting my intention on Flexy February but after 10 days, as some deep tensions released into my hips, I gained flexibility but lost strenght. So I have danced between yin and vinyasa videos for flexibility and your videos special from strenghthening hips, knees, back etc.
I am happy with the result, even if I did not follow your plan. I am more flexible than ever and I can rebuild real strenght where there was only tension. Thank you for all these wonderful videos. Love and some peace vibrations

I did this practice today. I cannot thank you enough. I was going through a very very tough day and was just not able to shake it off. This really calmed me down and help me feel centered and rejuvenated. Thank you so much 😊
This was wonderful. My yoga practice really improved during long lockdowns last year but, not surprisingly, things began to slip when work began again. Omicron madness in the UK at the moment means a second Christmas alone but this really helped. I’m in my fifties so the gentleness of yin really works for me. I’m also an amateur musician so piano tones help me keep my focus on my breath and avoid distracting thoughts. The time flew by!
This was really good. I plan to take a yin teaching class and learning ways to manage my own anxiety with myself and to teach others how to manage it for themselves. Thank you so much for this class.
Exactly what I needed when the day has started challenging but ends on a much better note topped off with being able to practice this at home with good feels and better mentality. Ahhhhhhhhhh.
