    This home yoga class can be practiced in the morning as a part of a relaxing yoga routine to set you up for a peaceful + successful day or in the evening to as a power yoga/ yoga for weightloss/ vinyasa yoga flow. Yoga is one of the most powerful healing modalities if you are suffering from panic attacks, insomnia/ are seeking yoga therapy.
    I recommend incorporating yoga into your daily routine- at night as part of your yoga for night time routine, or in the morning if you are feeling sluggish and need to wake up. If you are feeling anxious or have had panic attack, the focus on deep breathing and grounding can help you shift your internal state and calm your mind.
