- This is a 10 minute, gentle movement class to follow when you’re feeling sick, recovering from illness or not feeling your best. We’ll take it slow through 10 full body mobility movements that will leave you feeling refreshed. You don’t even need to put on workout clothes - PJs and sweats are encouraged!
