Not necessarily. That's only if you still have any time left on your 70 hour cycle. Best way to run recaps is to try and keep each day at 10 hours of on duty/ drive time. That way come the end of your 7th day, you will still have some time left on 70 hour cycle.

Yes if you worked 13 hours on Monday those hours would return 8 days later Tuesday Morning at 1201 am
