I need help please. I can login to my account just fine, but how do I get the Blue “LOG” square to appear? I don’t have that so I can’t change my duty status. When I had the Keep Truckin app at my old job it was soo much easier. I’m just lost now and I can’t do any longer runs with my current job without this app working. Any help is appreciated thanks.
@@Teddie3I finally ended up talking to customer support. They said my company made me a non-eld account which I pretty much can’t use. So I have to wait for them to delete that account and make me an active eld account.

@@Teddie3is this camera recording the driver or just the front of the vehicle all the time?
@@SANGREAZULCREMA7 Road facing dashcam records only the front and dual facing dashcam gives you access of both front and driver cabin area.
