I wouldn't say that. My old man was a security doorman for nearly 14 years, he's 5 ft 11 and had 6 ft 9 guy go into a club, causing trouble. The guy wouldn't leave easily so he fractured his knee and put him to sleep in the middle of the club and threw him out, so don't talk about stuff you don't know everything about!

I worked as a bouncer at a local club for 3 years. It was me and 9 other guys. We were like brothers, we had each other's backs at all times. Almost every weekend there was some guy or guys looking to pick a fight. Been sucker punched, had drinks thrown at me, and every person who did it got dragged into a back room and we tuned them up real good before tossing them out.

7Earthsky Lucky for the rest of us, knees are not so durable that you would require a steel toed boot to break one. It also hurts worse than nearly any pain on earth.
FallaciousScotsman The area on the side of the upper body, right below the armpit, is sensitive too. Smack a guy right there with a good punch or chop, and he is going to be in a huge amount of pain.

Pretty legit how he maintains control of the boot with the blade as he drags the dude outside. Maybe better if he could just get the boot off, but this was good cinema anyway.
He did say unless absolutely necessary. I haven’t watched the movie but it appears most of the instigators had to be forcefully removed. Usually there’s un-peaceful resistance in that case which stirs up fights. If there wasn’t, would’ve been nice to have had a drunk or someone easy to remove to show Patrick’s other solution.

Yeah, they all had guns in the end and look what James Dalton did to all of them. Dalton was the John Rambo of Bouncers / Coolers

Rest in peace Patrick Swayze such a marvelous actor
Patrick Swayze was a great actor.Point Blank and Next of Kin was two of my favorite movies of his.
I'm sure you mean _'Point Break'_ ....but I agree.
Black Dog is a good Swayze movie
He's like a more badass version of Joe Pesci
It's all in a days work for Dalton. He's just "takin' out the trash." lol
Has there ever been a better line in the history of cinema then "you're too stupid to have a good time"? So far I haven't heard it.
Swayze's other line in this when he tangles with the same thug and stabs him, "Tails again!" Was rock in' also.

Actually it's in this very movie. "Be nice. Always be nice. Until it's time to not be nice.'
The right boot must be sentient. It knew exactly when to glimmer.
He never misses a cue. :P
It was the 80's!
When it came time for the Double Deuce to get a new rooftop, a worker found the boot. "Hey, someone's boot is up here."

I think it even made a chiming sound
"Right boot"
"Got it"
