@@chazz6348 I find it hard to believe a street guy like Dalton would actually not know a headbutt was coming, I also find it hard to believe he wouldn't have sprawled on the first takedown by Knox given his fighting experience. Him making an angry telegraphed swing also seem out of character for Dalton. I can accept everything else.
In fact, what many people don't realize is that this is not a re-shoot of the old movie "House by the Road". It's an adaptation of Conor's battle with the old man in the bar.
Plus Conner's leg kicks were so telegraphed,he could easily grab his leg mid-air,mid-kick and drive his powerful elbow down on his kneecap and try to break his leg.
Craziest thing that I consider myself movie enthusiast, but this movie was FUN. Just dont go in there expecting something this movies clearly is not trying to be. You get your popcorn, your snack and you just enjoy the ride. Conors over the top villain was awesome in my mind, even the rich brat villiain was awesome. Jake can play at this point a tree and he will be awesome. For me it is 6,5-7/10.

Okay , I've looked at this multiple times and kept wondering if I was seeing things or something else. I'm not completely sure , maybe it's been sped up , which gives a fast pace CGI feeling to this video/fight scene or either a new filming technique has been applied to this movie. If anyone knows, I appreciate and welcome the insight.

The only injury Gyllenhaal got on set was when glass went through a glove he was wearing and cut him. He kept filming and ended up with a staph infection.
