    Refs are so biased in Tatum letting him get away with hanging on rim, hitting ball out of Tyler’s hand in front of ref, an allowing him to cuss at them. Damn shame it’s so obvious how much they want the Celtics to win.

    High key one of the most dangerous traits with this recent Heat playoff squad is their whole team being streaky with the 3-pointers. They scare the other team into trying to out gun them when their volume and accuracy are on point. Not to mention they stay equally gritty on defense.

      That’s fair. The Heat don’t like to attempt a lot of 3s, but they were very solid at making them.
      They knew they needed to pick up their attempts to have a shot against Boston with no Butler, because defensively, they really like their chances.

      ​@@socope17 Even with a healthy Butler in last years playoffs they were shooting at least higher than average 3FGA against the Bucks and Knicks. The Celtics in their series obviously shot more 3 pointers but forced it often and it didn't really tilt the offense for them. Whereas the Heat shot it much less but had 4 games of the 7 where they shot over 45% on 3-pointers. Which is still pretty anomalous for a playoff team.

      He's playing well and Jovic was a great pick as well. I was impressed by Jovic's improvement on defense since earlier in the season. Both of them made mistakes this game but contributed a lot to the win.

      @@GeorgeInHerJungle On one play he straight up dribbled at jogging pace with his head down even though he was straight up going full-sprint, and got plucked so quick from behind when he had an open teammate. He had a pretty good game nonetheless.

    I am not sure that the Heat will be able to sustain that high of a level of shooting throughout the series. But what a great performance by the Heat. They are always doubted and the consistently arise to the challenge in the playoffs.

    That's the main difference with a team with consistent outside shooters, playing defense the whole game...very good coach, making adjustments and rotations...No Butler ..they still find a way to win

    Jason Tatum was amazing, Tyler Herro was fire. The series is tied. The Heat are the no. 8 seed and they still manage to defeat the Celtics the no. 1 seed. It's all about teamwork, passion, and confidence. I wonder who will win game 3?

    Miami has it together! Their defense and offense was ON POINT. Celtics are in trouble. I am already seeing it. Credit to Pay Riley and the culture he has built and for keeping Spolestra for so long. They made the right decision of getting rid of that one guy back in 2014.

      The seeding means squat. The Celtics simply are not built to play physical playoff ball and defend at the rim. Anybody can hoist up 3 pointers... but when all five players camp outside the arc, you make it easy for the opponent.
