One of the subtle details of this scene is the ambiance of the wind. Considering the pseudo-supernatural element to HPD, which I don't think is typical for westerns, the constant whistling of the wind over the plains adds an extra spookiness to the whole thing.

The town trollop 😂 got taught a lesson by old whiskey breath 😅
I think those 3 guys were actually UHC executives! Clint was always the hero...
i never saw the "fake" handle in the holster BEFORE ! how many times did i miss it !!!
Clapping sound at the end is diabolical
That barber is sporting a lovely comb over, one I shall be mirroring very soon!
Just go bald.
That is EXACTLY how you treat that situation!!! Thank you, Mr. Eastwood, for the instructions, our fathers couldn't give us!!!!!!!!
This scene is iconic. Just a lesson to some. Leave well enough alone.💯
Clint Eastwood (Blonde) a real extraordinary actor👌👌👌
Old Clint finishes the scene by dragging off a female into a barn to nail her! What a vintage western film gem!
Fredo Corleone's wife from Godfather Part II gets it in the barn!!
Men were men back then.

She was all but asking to be raw dogged. If you can't see that, you don't understand women.
Legendary Clint!!
The best
One of my favorite Clint movies. Heartbreak Ridge is up there too.
The great Shaky Combover played the barber in this scene.
Did he say 90 cents for a shave and a hot bath ? 🤣🤣😂 I like them prices ! And - Cash ? 🤣🤣🤣
Or you can make it an even dollar!
Let's face it. When Clint Eastwood stopped starring in westerns, there were no more westerns!
The Quick and the Dead
Kevin Costner did a great job in Open Range. What about Tombstone in the 1990s. Kurt Russel, Sam Elliott. Hmmm, ha, have you even seen these movies.
@@ic5761 Open Range; so-so, but you got me on Tombstone. That was banging. As good as Clint's best? Oooooh
3:10 to Yuma, Hostiles, Horizon, Forsaken, Magnificent 7 (Remake)
Appaloosa is a great one in the modern era.
One of the best Westerns ever
One of the best all time Western. Period!!
Clint has the perfect height, rugged look, style, and personality to play the role of an Old Western Hero.
actually played the anti-hero in this one.
I was in love with Clint Eastwood back in the day ❤❤❤ Play Misty For Me😊😊
One of his best. Underrated, in my opinion. Shows his versatility.
