On trial, she's overly dramatic with that sad face and fake cries, then on all her recordings, she doesn't sound afraid or scared of him. In fact, she sounds like the abuser instigating and provoking him. I don't believe a word she says. No doubt, Amber is guilty of what she’s accusing Johnny of. I pray the jury makes the right decision.

She’s a narcissist. If Johnny had beaten her like she said and as often as she says he did, her face would would have been destroyed!! Johnny wears those big rings. She claims that he “PUMMELED” her over and over. She also said he broke her nose! Yet, she has no pictures and no doctor reports! Amber is a narcissist. She has to be the center of attention. One witness said “she has to be the prettiest girl in the room!” Do you honestly think that Amber would not go to a doctor to fix her nose? Do you honestly think she wouldn’t see treatment for a face beaten to a pulp? I hate what she’s doing to Johnny. He lavished the finest upon her. He paid for housing, travel, and gifted them. He gave Amber a new Ranger and Mustang just to get rid of her. She used it. I had never heard of Amber before this divorce thing. There were a couple of times when Amber’s lawyers put a question to Johnny concerning Amber’s career. They implied that Johnny hurt Amber’s career, but Johnny replied, “How do you think she got the part in AQUAMAN?” Boy, that lawyer made quick tracks to get away from that answer. He totally tried to get away from that, but Johnny made it clear that she got that part in AQUAMAN because of him! I didn’t watch AQUAMAN. I didn’t like it, but when the trial came up I watched scenes with Amber and I was not impressed. She cannot act and I’m not biased. I do not like her, that’s true, but she is no actress and whatever she tried on the stand showed the world that she can’t act. On the stand she was so over dramatic. My little boy was watching the trial with me and at one point when she was bawling and making faces, he asked me what was wrong with her and wanted to know if she had to poop! Lmbo. I laughed until my ribs hurt!

Someone needs to get her some water while she's on the stand, as she's clearly dehydrated. No matter how visibly upset she gets, she never sheds a tear.
Notice how nobody had anything good to say about her. Not even her former assistant. She even had an ex wife whom she was very abusive to as well. If this woman wins this case there is basically no justice for anyone because I don’t see how anybody could say she is telling the truth this woman is not only a horrible actress but a pathological liar.

Malcolm Connelly, Travis McGivern, Sean Betts, the Nurse, the ex PA, Starling, Romero the penthouse concierge, Ben King the butler, the POLICE. They ALL said she had NO injuries. Today she described beatings that would have destroyed her whole face.
I came from a very abusive relationship. To this day, many years have passed people still vividly remember who i looked like, how i sounded like, and how they felt for me during those times. Highly impossible that anyone who witnessed such alleged beatings will not be seen, witnessed or even remembered even by just one person!!! Isn't that too suspicious that no one had witnessed her bruises??? Amber is way too thicken by her lies and false stories that she is no longer affected by the shame or even feel humiliated being televised while lying! I really feel for the jury. I cannot listen to her more than five minutes at a stretch. The jury are bound to listen to her for hours. This is a severe punishment without committing any crime.
Here's what I don't understand about Amber's story. She claims he become this quick to anger, possessive, abusive monster when he is intoxicated, yet in all physical proof she provides of his outbursts he writes on a mirror, throws clothes in a tub, sends tortured poetry. Wouldn't he instead hit her? If he's in this intense screaming fight, why would he lock himself in a bathroom and scribble on the walls instead of just plainly being violent. I mean she claims he got violent over a comment on his tattoo, but when he is literally driven mad inside his own home he still doesn't hit her.

Look up the interview on RUclips with James Cordon she refers to. There’s not a mark on her face. In fact she claimed she had bruises on the left side of her temple yet her hair was swept back, making no attempt to hide the “bruises”. Anyone can stage photos, she needs unbiased proof of her “injuries” by a doctor’s examination.
I work with victims of dv and was one once myself. Lack of evidence aside, there is absolutely no fear in her voice when she recounts these so-called "terrifying" incidents on the stand. I have seen and supported many different dv vic's in court and it's difficult for them to be in the same room as their abuser, let alone recount every detail with animation and ease. Her facial expressions come off incredibly fake and forced. Had I known nothing of the evidence in this case, her testimony itself would have me questioning the authenticity of her claims.
She's an actress, she constantly looks like she's going to cry but I think that's just for the sake if the jury. She's trying to get sympathy. I have never heard one single good thing said about her since I was made aware of her as an actress.

also the property managers testimony says only hours after this incident, Johnny wanted Amber to fly back to LA. but she didnt want to go. If someone did that to me, i would have left of my own volition. He also claims she looked physically unharmed until after the flight, when scratched seemed to have appeared.

My situation as well...an accident as a toddler has left an obvious scar 70 years later....glass leaves ugly permanent evidence for a lifetime, even with professional stitching!
So, let me get this right. She has photos of broken items, blood, wine, messages on the wall out of blood and marker, but the only photo she can produce of any injury to herself is one where she's crying and nothing else. Also, she has video of him breaking stuff, yet at no point did she manage to record an altercation where she was struck. It's just weird for a man to be so physically violent towards Ms.Heard and yet not have any physical proof. It's as if he never struck her at all. Very interesting, very interesting indeed.

The incident in question she says she was repeatedly punched in the face with rings on, yet only has slight bruising to her nose, under eyes and forehead, and a slight contusion on her lip. When as victims we talk about our trauma we dissociate. We don't start a circus performance like she did, with eye contact, fake cry, and everything... When we talk about our trauma in general we have neutral tones, we avoid any type of eye contact, we relate facts, like we are not here, because it's too painful for the brain, and it can happen when it's too hard to say that we have a smile or an uncomfortable laugh. This is why it makes it super difficult as victims to be believed by others. We often look emotionless. What she just did is an insult to us.

But what I do know and have followed is the court cases not just the one currently televised for the world to see. What I have seen and heard thus far is rather shocking and ever evolving. And I'm not going to get on the band wagon and believe anybody I don't care who they are based on what they say, as we know how bad that has turned out for many. So if she wants me to believe the things she has said I would like to see the evidence because there would be plenty of evidence based on the injuries she has described. Yes it is and weirdly i normally feel empathy listening to heartbreaking stories but nothing for this supposedly true story, nothing in my senses feels right, the line between reality and fantasy seem to have been very blurred with this damaged girl's psyche, sad destructive dysfunction playing out.
my gut tells me she tells the story the other way around, i can't shake the feeling that she takes what happened to JD, adapts the story for herself and describes herself as a victim. she spent so much time making audio recordings, videos and pictures as evidence, but she never thought to record her injuries?? Had it been like that, she would definitely have taken pictures of it, I'm sure of that. If JD were the person she describes, he would have been noticed earlier with such behavior. he was in a healthy relationship for years. i really try not to take sides and stay neutral, but it's hard. they were both not good for each other. in a relationship with a toxic person, unfortunately, at some point your own worse side will come to light. But I would really think that his "violence" was directed more against himself, that he destroyed things out of desperation or or or. but I don't think he did what she describes. and the evidence clearly suggests that history was the other way around. you only see HIM with injuries, I don't want to imagine what else happened. if she had injuries, wounds or something similar, she would have been the first to take pictures. She took all these pictures because she knew she was going to rewrite history for herself. I'm just speechless.

She has been coached by her attorney. When you testify you are supposed to look at the jury. Make eye contact. She however looks at them to see if they are having a reaction to her testimony. That’s why it’s creepy.

I think maybe her lawyers would of got this from the owners of where they stayed. Like the people that owned the hotel probably took these photos while they were cleaning the room or after they left, so they had proof of damage. I know she said she took the first few but the rest seemed like someone else did.

Wow with all the screaming the destruction, broken glass bottles, head repeatedly hitting the walls, being thrown against the walls tables, thrown to the floor, thrown across the room he did unmentionable things with the bottle to your personal area. And all this time no one checked in to see what the screens were about, Security was there later so why didn’t they come in when you needed them, and you tell us there’s no pictures, there are no rules, no head trauma and certainly no emergency room papers to show that you were even there or much less injured. I've seen the aftermath of a man hitting a woman, a room/house destroyed. I'm not minimising if this was really happening to a person and the pictures shown are upsetting to them it's valid but how she's portraying this, it's not right, my sister's partner broke her nose, punched her face, it was bruised, bloody awful. Wouldn't he instead hit her? If he's in this intense screaming fight, why would he lock himself in a bathroom and scribble on the walls instead of just plainly being violent. I work with victims of dv and was one once myself. Lack of evidence aside, there is absolutely no fear in her voice when she recounts these so-called "terrifying" incidents on the stand. I have seen and supported many different dv vic's in court and it's difficult for them to be in the same room as their abuser, let alone recount every detail with animation and ease. Her facial expressions come off incredibly fake and forced. Had I known nothing of the evidence in this case, her testimony itself would have me questioning the authenticity of her claims.

My situation as well...an accident as a toddler has left an obvious scar 70 years later....glass leaves ugly permanent evidence for a lifetime, even with professional stitching!
So, let me get this right. She has photos of broken items, blood, wine, messages on the wall out of blood and marker, but the only photo she can produce of any injury to herself is one where she's crying and nothing else. Also, she has video of him breaking stuff, yet at no point did she manage to record an altercation where she was struck. It's just weird for a man to be so physically violent towards Ms.Heard and yet not have any physical proof. It's as if he never struck her at all. Very interesting, very interesting indeed.

Side note: I’ve been seeing some of her testimony today, where people have been finding scenes from movies that she is practically “acting out” nearly line for line or eerily close to! Some of which being lines from her own movies, and I even noticed at one point when she was talking about drugs she started to say one of depp’s lines from fear and loathing and sorta caught herself and paused and changed the last couple words… even the cadence was in the same style from the movie though. This is getting extremely creepy!!

When as victims we talk about our trauma we dissociate. We don't start a circus performance like she did, with eye contact, fake cry, and everything... When we talk about our trauma in general we have neutral tones, we avoid any type of eye contact, we relate facts, like we are not here, because it's too painful for the brain, and it can happen when it's too hard to say that we have a smile or an uncomfortable laugh. This is why it makes it super difficult as victims to be believed by others. We often look emotionless. What she just did is an insult to us.

But what I do know and have followed is the court cases not just the one currently televised for the world to see. What I have seen and heard thus far is rather shocking and ever evolving. And I'm not going to get on the band wagon and believe anybody I don't care who they are based on what they say, as we know how bad that has turned out for many. So if she wants me to believe the things she has said I would like to see the evidence because there would be plenty of evidence based on the injuries she has described. I'm not saying she isn't fabricating things like I said that would be disgraceful but nothing has been proven yet and there is plenty of times where this type of violence goes undetected for years, so I would wait for the verdict and all evidence to be presented before making my own opinion of her.

Yes it is and weirdly i normally feel empathy listening to heartbreaking stories but nothing for this supposedly true story, nothing in my senses feels right, the line between reality and fantasy seem to have been very blurred with this damaged girl's psyche, sad destructive dysfunction playing out.

I think maybe her lawyers would of got this from the owners of where they stayed. Like the people that owned the hotel probably took these photos while they were cleaning the room or after they left, so they had proof of damage. I know she said she took the first few but the rest seemed like someone else did.

Wow with all the screaming the destruction, broken glass bottles, head repeatedly hitting the walls, being thrown against the walls tables, thrown to the floor, thrown across the room he did unmentionable things with the bottle to your personal area. And all this time no one checked in to see what the screens were about, Security was there later so why didn’t they come in when you needed them, and you tell us there’s no pictures, there are no rules, no head trauma and certainly no emergency room papers to show that you were even there or much less injured. I've seen the aftermath of a man hitting a woman, a room/house destroyed. I'm not minimising if this was really happening to a person and the pictures shown are upsetting to them it's valid but how she's portraying this, it's not right, my sister's partner broke her nose, punched her face, it was bruised, bloody awful. It was holes punched in walls, not writing, it was smashed TVs, smashed plates, glasses everywhere, it was pools of blood not drops. my sister is okay we got her out but this doesn't go with the narrative she's trying to play. I would imagine that if she had been so brutally assaulted (both physically and sexually) by Johnny she would have needed medical attention. So did she go to the hospital or to see a doctor? at the end of ms heards testimony today her defense showed pictures of her battered and bruise face, she looked like she was attached by a beast, johnny is finished..
Right so, she was apparently being held "hostage" for 3 days, she had her phone through out this time she took ZERO pictures of any marks or wounds duringthat time but instead opted to take the few pictures of abit of damage that had been done to the property AFTER the fight where johnny lost his finger & was gone from the house,keeping in mind that security was outside & all around at all times during her "ordeal"!! In what universe does she think ppl will fall for that bs?? And don't get me started on the constant "sad" looks she keeps throwing the jury, it's laughable!!
She could've called 911 and just left it in the room. They would've found her.

It's almost like she's acting for the jurors.
The way she describes the vicious “beating” there would have been lost of cuts, large deep bruising. Those photos do not correlate to the attack she described. Pounding your face in repeatedly with rings on and that’s all the damage that’s done? I’m not buying it. Also if your being beat as bad as she describes like almost within losing your life, you wouldn’t be going back to the same person. There’s also the recordings of her that say otherwise. I cannot wait to get back to court to hear the cross examination. There is so many holes to poke in her stories!!

Yes. 100%. I've had a glass thrown at my feet and it shattered and the little flecks of glass hit my leg and the little specks of blood looked like little red freckles. The glass never hit me. And she acts like she has been dragged thru shards of glass and you don't have scars on your arms from that? It's just crazy to me..
