A very important detail. Johnny left on the 21st. Amber went down to get the TPO on the 27th, 6 days later with a fresh bruise, however all of those elevator rides show NO bruise.

Can’t help but feel like her friends lied in the beginning not realizing how far the lies would go because Amber told them everyone would have to move out right away. I recall hearing AH saying to JD something about having to say these things otherwise JD would kick her out. I can imagine her friends who were enjoying this rent free lifestyle might have a little motive to protect that not realizing their lies would land them in this situation.
I read an article about 5 or 6 years ago where AH's parents didn't want them to divorce because AH had no where to go and obviously not enough money in her bank account to buy a home in L.A. I believe the mom had tried to call JD multiple times to get them to stay together. I don't know if JD's plan was to maybe file for divorce after he got back from tour or what. The article also alleged that AH's parents were benefiting monetarily or otherwise from JD. Someone wrote an extensive article about this. They also alleged that AH and one of her close "girlfriends" spent a good deal of time living in one of the adjacent condos apart from Johnny and penthouse 5. The implication was that AH was basically living as a lesbian with her girlfriend for a lot of the time she was officially married to JD. I think soon after the article was written AH came out as bisexual or something to that effect. I wish I could find that article. It had a lot of bombshell stuff in it that wasn't brought up in this trial.

Josh answers the door and says Amber called the police. When asked where Johnny was Josh says he definitely isn't here, like it was his penthouse. All of Amber's friends were seeing their free meal ticket slipping away.
It's sickening to me how her friends acted like they ran the place, walking around comfortably like they own it. It's disgusting that Johnny had to leave his own home he paid for with his hard earned money to get away from them. He didn't have peace in his own home. I think some of the arguments and his frustration and anger was because of that, he was tired of coming home exhausted and walking in to a bunch of losers all over his home when all he wants is to relax in peace. They were all always drinking and getting high just like they accused him of. It's clear to see, when he first got home he was calm and cool and then he comes back out to leave and he is upset, he didn't appear to be high, he appeared to be coming home from work so what happened that upset him and made him leave?
Depp's close friend said he didn't use cocaine much until Amber in 2014. Then Amber testified that her sister taught Depp a more efficient way to snort cocaine (e.g. use the tampon plastic). But then Amber wants to say that she has a problem with Depp's drug use. Ugh.
No wonder he wanted to go to his other homes...he couldn't escape this woman's dramatic lifestyle and bs. Poor guy.

I love how the second visit the police officers pressed through Josh, the “ gatekeeper” and checked on each person individually and saw no evidence of a fight or injury on any one before they left. No broken glass, no spilled wine, and no signs of distress of anyone. Amber seems just fine ,chillin on the couch, with her entourage , not even a tear. The officers did their job well. It takes a brazen group to alledge property damage and grave injury after that being documented by the police, their bodycams and the arrival and departure on time stamps of the elevator footage show NOTHING.What a bunch of ingrate grifters.

- An abusive person will not maintain a good relationships and memories when it comes to their exes.
An abusive person will:
- Have a lack of empathy
- Take advantage of other peoples vulnerabilities
- Have evil or purely selfish intentions
- Try to be controlling with everyone around them
- manipulate and become violent when they don't get what their way.

The friend might have just been a pawn. I think most people of told by a friend that someone hit them … they are just going to believe the friend. I would NEVER in a million years think a friend was lying if she said a boyfriend/husband hit her. None of her friends are testifying that they saw Johnny hit her. They all only have the 2nd hand knowledge that Amber told them. The only person that said anything different was Whitney who is Amber’s sister. She actually is refusing to testify at this trial. ( Probably because her ex boss gave a deposition that Whitney at the time told her a different version of events. Jennifer Howell says Whitney said Amber cut off Johnny’s finger AND she moved from the penthouses because her sister attacked her. Whitney was afraid of her sister. Also there is video of Whitney’s friends talking with Whitney about a physical fight she got in with her sister. Her sister likely committed perjury in the UK case and is unwilling to do that again in this trial because she has a husband and child.)
