    This is such a wonderful chair yoga flow! I know that this was released awhile ago, but it is a perfect sequence to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! Chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too!

    Loved the sequence but the pauses weren't there, very rushed. I had to pause the video when pausing between poses
