    To get honey or molasses not to stick to your measuring cups, lightly oil the cup first, and voila, honey and molasses comes out completely!

    I thought that koek never has eggs, this is more honey cake. Koek is stroop ,dark brown sugar and milk, not even oil. The ontbijtkoek does not have eggs?

      I know this as “kaneel-honingkoek,” it is not ontbijtkoek.

      That's a great question -- I actually use superfine sugar. If you cannot find that, I'd use granulated sugar.
