This meaty flow was just the challenge I needed to get out of my head where I've had to be quite intensely this week. This kind of yoga cuts the ties that bind me to my head and free me through my body. LOVE IT.

Kim you always write the best comments! I love how you put it - cut the cues that bind me to my head! What a beautiful insight, thank you for joining me x

A powerful yoga indeed! While I may have had some troubles with the transitions at times and my bird of paradise never left the nest, I feel stronger, and am excited at how my balance is improving. Thank you so much!

Charlie, it's about time to confess that I'm in love with you. It's been almost three months of my regular practice with your videos, and I've progressed more than for ten previous years of irregular and chaotic yoga with other teachers! Today I've come to my first bird of paradise - a bit weird and lopsided, of course, but I did it, and I'm happy! Thank you a lot, you're incredible! ❤❤❤

Ateering having to take a break to heal my hip I was so happy to come back to where I left off and find this “meaty” challenge. New moves and balance to work on and master. Always exciting and end very proud of myself. Thank you Charlie.

Loved this practice. Def powerful. I managed to get the closest I ever have to bird of paradise I.e. standing in bond no straight leg but it will come. Challenging and fabulous, thanks Charlie 😊

I only had time for the first 10 minutes this morning but enjoyed it so much and am hoping to finish this evening :) also wanted to let you know that I let as many ads play as possible to try to help you since you are giving us so much :)❤️ if I can’t play them when I get on my mat, I go back and start it over and let them play through. I hope this helps! My boss just left to run an errand and I am tempted to finish this flow!I won’t but that’s how good your flows are :) I am addicted!

Hey, firstly wow! Thank you for so much support and kindness I can't tell you how much it means after almost 3 years of building this channel (very slowly) to get your comments and to hear how you feel about my teaching, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! It really does mean the world to me and the fact that you go to such lengths to help me out by watching the ads really helps, believe me! Your comments are becoming one of my daily highlights, thank you for always leaving them xxx

There’s no other way to say it except meaty. Thanks @kimeichner344. I was so weak feeling coming to the mat. I have some health issues that mess with my balance. But wobble here, wobble there. By the sequence ending at 20:31 I felt powerful again. Not many people can make someone feel powerful, you have a unique ability that way. The flows are so interesting that they are challenging in a way that puff my chest. I nailed half moon then wobbled. Got back into it then sugar cane. Wobbled then nailed it. The second side was much better. I used to kneel if I fell out of a pose. Or couldn’t get into it like today in bop. And half moon. I couldn’t compose myself. I’m proud I can get back into it. As Adriene would say(my first yoga teacher). Don’t worry if you fall I’ll catch you. I still hear that. And then Charlie says she has fallen so many times. Thank you

This one was such a good challenge but why am I so wobbly when my right foot is forward? I left handed but write with my right cuz no one taught me lefty. But it’s still always been my stronger. And I almost just held flying crow!
