Homemade Strong Bar Clamp From Plywood - DIY -

The bar of the clamps is made of laminated veneer lumber, which is very strong and stable but light. Used, for example, for interior wall frames.
The other parts are made of birch plywood.
The top of the bar is flat and smooth, which makes them easy to protect and clean. On the underside of the bar there is space for additional screw clamps.
Due to the width of the screw press, they are also extremely stable laterally.
