You may be able to lose 4kg in 1 week, but that strategy won't work for more than 2 weeks because that's the water weight you lose when you just start dieting. Eating 700 calories is extremely unhealthy and will cause issues in long run.
Early Morning- 2 Tspoons of apple cider vinegar or jeera water
BF- multigrain sandwich like banana peanut/ veggi Or veggi oats or fruit smoothie bowl or apple oats smoothie
Mid mrng snack green tea or macha tea or chilled lemon water
Lunch- 30 mins before have 2 tspns of apple cider vinegar
1 oats roti with curry n curd
100 grms of brown rice with curry, curd n salad
Evening green tea/ fresh fruit
Dinner soups or seasonal fruits

Looks good but these are around 1300-1400 calories total. And losing 4kg in a week is impossible u have be in 30,500 calories deficit, even my total calories 🤣

morning empty stomach drink: Detox
1. Apple cider vinegar 2 spoons in 1 glqss water
2. Jeera water. jeera boil 4-5mins in water and have it 1 glass water
Brkfast:
1. Multi grain bread with peanutbutter and banana filling
2. Multi grain bread with vegetable filling
3. 4-5 suji Appe with coconut chutney
5. Fruits Smoothie Bowl

For Allah's sake kindly don't follow this. Khatam ho jaogy ander sy app log. You can't go less then 1200 calories per day. 1200 calories py bhi apko sir dard or chakkar aty deficiency ki waja sy or yeh jahil log 700 dy rhy. Apky body muscles khatam ho jayengy or fat wahi ka wahi rahy ga. Apko pani ki bottle kholny mai bhi pain hogi itni deficiency ho jayegi nutrients ki. Yeh jahalat hai or kuch nhi.

I have started a diet plan with consultation with my nutrinostist and my Dr is not focusing to loose weight quickly with time she is going slow but it is effective way i feel healthy light weight and I have lost 3 kgs since July 23 2022 I started my journey. I was 70.67 kgs now I am 67 kgs. And I don't find difficulty or any weakness.

I dont think Apple Cider vinegar is for everyone, it is not helping me and i fart alot bcs of it😂. I tried taking it for 2 weeks and i got no results... i couldnt do any exercise bcs i was sick maybe thats the reason y it wasnt working but im not sure... Cumin with warm water helped me thou, got the results after 2 weeks.

Yes....It doesn't suit everybody. I take apple cider vinegar for almost 10 month and I came from 130 lb to 118 but after that I diagnosis with Osteoporosis. Try 1 teaspoon in lukewarm water before going to bed with straw. But please check with your Dr. first.

Doctors put morbidly obese patients on 700 calorie diets all the time. They need to get below a certain weight to get weight loss surgery so they put them on 700 calories. It's standard. It's only too low if you don't have the weight to lose.

Literally no protein in the diet. You'll not loose fat but only muscle mass and water weight and gain back all the moment to start a regular diet.

We need to use carbs. And for weight loss it's good if they are complex carbs. Oats , gram flour , multi grain etc. It's filling and takes time to digest keeps us filled for longer.
But if you want to eat normal flour. Use it just smaller size would good.
