    As a nutrition coach, I must say, that aunty has a much much better diet than any influencer who follows a keto, gluten free or dairy free diets without a proper knowledge.
    Everything she mentioned is absolutely correct. This shows that she didn't just start following any random diet but actually researched everything and chose the right things for her!

    Thank you so much for this video Aditi!!!! And thanks to aunty for explaining everything so well. I was diagnosed with Pcos and fatty liver plus gall stones and it was so difficult to leave the usual diet and follow a healthier one as I am a big time foodie and snacker. I just started a carb and dairy free diet last week with a heavy heart but watching this video gave me so much inspiration and motivation to aim at my goal better. Thank you once again!! ❤

    Hello Aditi, I have been following you from a long time. Really appreciate what you are doing. But this message is especially for aunty, she looks super cute. And the way she has explained everything in her diet, not even a professional goes so deep to explain everything. I have been seeing her from past 3 videos, my mom is just like her. Rather Mom's are special they are giving and don't want anything in return. Super Sweet.     I like that you mentioned that dal is a source of carbs rather than protein. Similarly, paneer is also a source of fat rather than protein. For every 100gm of paneer that you eat, you get more fat than protein. That's not to say fats are bad, just that vegetarians overeat paneer thinking it's protein without balancing out the fat by reducing their carbs. Your mom is doing it well, kudos to her!

    The trick is to not eat sugar and carbs as breakfast and minimize the intake of unhealthy oil and carbs throughout the day if you don’t burn calories with exercise or other activities. It’s hard to diet with traditional Indian food which is why we get easily obese.

    I've been traumatised by my horrible narcissist parents just like my younger brother.
