I started a 1200 calorie a day diet recently, and so far in 4 weeks I have lost 15 lbs. I started at 220lbs and as of this morning I am at 205. I do moderate exercise so I will have a calorie deficit by the end of the day. I walk or ride a stationary bike. What is key for me is I only drink water (both still and carbonated), coffee and tea. No sugary soda. This works for me. My goal is 30lbs and I am half way there.

Made this tonight and had my drink with ice...tastes better than I expected. Video was easy to follow and effective. I would only change one thing in the method...start the prep with the pineapple so while the peels are boiling you can do the other prep!
Update...so I lost 14 lbs but to be completely honest the last time I weighed myself before I started this was April 1st, which means I cannot logically attribute all my weight loss to this one week period (didn't have a scale at home). So I am gonna keep using the drink from this point and see if there's anymore weight loss. I try to let this drink replace breakfast and dinner cuz it is filling enough for me so I kinda only have one full meal for the day which is lunch. I also added 1,000 skips a day to my routine. You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16, or you can start with eating for 10 hours and fast for 14. Whatever works best for you. Juicing is beneficial to the body, especially a healthy gut. However exercise is the best medicine for the heart. The heart is the most important muscle that needs to get pumping. You can't start your car without the battery!
What about people who have asthma? I can’t exercise like that without not being able to breathe and out of breath. Juicing will be my primary source for right now.

I'm no one's Dr nor pediatrician. I just make suggestions. In your case things like green tea with caffeine, breathing exercises, foods that produce low mucous. Honey, ginger, peppermint, turmeric, garlic etc. Exercise at a low moderate pace. Elliptical, recumbent bike, walk the treadmill or just walking while doing breathing exercises. I did this drink 2 night ago, I used a lime instead of a lemon and I strained my drink. Honey I drink it at night and it literally felt like everything I snacked on was being desolved from my stomach! I was passing gas, water weight was gone and I popped the next morning. This is a powerful drink, I only drink 1/4th of a cup. I'm gonna keep it up and do my Billy Blanks excercises to target my stomach.

First thing tomorrow I'll go out to the grocery store and buy whatever I need fot this smoothie. My wife purchased some private cardio class and has lost already like 15 pounds in less than 3 weeks now and that has motivated me to exercise daily now ( mostly at home workout with dumbbell ). Hopefully this juice will help me lose those 10 pounds I'm aiming to lose in two weeks. I'll keep you updated a week from today if anything has changed for me.

I’m going to give this a try will report back… I’ve gained a little weight and really want to get to 145lbs… I’m currently at 165, I workout 5-6 days a week but for some reason I’ve been a junkie lately. I know it’s due to the scale and seeing my weight go up. It’s upsetting when you know you’ve been working so hard since June of this year to get a leaner body and you see that all your results have stopped. No movement can be upsetting and cause us to make bad decisions. So back to eating healthier and trying this out. I’m hoping I will have good results. This drink really does work. Just be consistent and patient with it. And of course keep a balance diet and some light exercising 3-4 days a week. This drink is also so good for your skin, for me personally, my skin got brighter, got rid of dark random patches I had on my body, and that is a sign of gut cleansing! Just try the drink , you will not regret it. Also look into bone broth for weight loss! But I don’t recommend doing both the bone broth and this drink at the same time for weight loss. I recommend doing the drink for 3 weeks and then start the bone broth for just 10 days.
You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose 30lbs in two weeks. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet for example). There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. UPDATE. not sure if I did something wrong or maybe because every body is different but this only made me lose 2lbs in the whole two weeks. I drank it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and right before my daily workout or before bed. It's really a bummer because I had high hopes this drink has gone viral and it seemed to to be giving good results to mostly everyone that has tried it and then there is me. I exercise everyday and even changed my eating habits before trying this so I thought it would work...oh well I'm still going to continue drinking it I actually like the taste.
This is an easy recipe. But depending on where you live finding fresh pineapples might be a challenge. Its a seasonal fruit that isn't always available 24/7 at the grocery store. Thats the only downside to trying the recipe. Thanks for the video.
30 pounds in 2 weeks? I don't know how safe or accurate that is. Someone we know lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks...and turned out he was ill. I would have to look up losing that much weight in such a short amount of time...But the juice looks delicious. I just need to lose about 10 pounds, and boy is it hard! I will pray about it!

This is SUPER strong i just made it and i advise you to only add a few slices of ginger at the beginning so you can work up a tolerance. I added the same amount as her and my throat almost died. I added a banana or two and various other fruit and i could not get the smoothie to taste better. So less is more in the beginning. Just a heads up.
Try British race walking if you can ... if done properly it helps trim off a lot of flab around the midsection and thighs ... the proper way to do it is heel-toe heel-toe with a wide gait where the legs are stretched , but you're putting a lot of effort into walking quickly ... the shoulders need to be back and the rib cage lifted up off the hips so that when you walk quickly your midsection will swivel and help burn and sculpt off the fat . Cutting down on the starchy carbs and sugars will also make a big difference . Synthetic sugars are worse than using brown sugar . Do you drink beer or other alcohols ? They really contribute to belly fat . Also a lot of westerners especially Americans are not burning fat as quickly because they simply don't have enough of the right kind of iodine ... let alone iodine at all in their diet . Try to buy Lugo's style iodine ... rub a little bit of it where you have fatty tissue so it can absorb better ... might as well rub it on the abdomen ... I like Ojio brand ... do not ever put it in your mouth and this is not the kind you use for cuts . you can go to the channel of Doctor Group who explains about the importance of iodine and he sells his own kind which you can put in your mouth but it looks a little pricey to me . the iodine helps rev up a sluggish thyroid . Too many people are told by doctors that their thyroid is close to the Border of being sluggish but not enough that they need help ... some are saying the doctors are giving wrong information ... but you probably will feel better if you try the iodine . I would add some apple too. Apple really breaks down fried fat and clears your mind. When I was in law school and felt foggy due to some fast food I had eaten, I learned a trick from the book Eating for Beauty that is actually very helpful for mental health which is to eat an apple before studying to counter the effects of trans fats. I did also try to limit the intake of fastfood as I was shocked when I realised what it does to the brain and fat tissue.

9/3/21: I came across this, so will start from today. Current weight: 178 pounds 5'4" 32 years old female. Wt was checked at 5am after eating. I'm currently fasting, so I will open my fast with this drink at 8pm. Will not be eating or drinking anything during this time. 9/4/21: 175 pounds. did not have the drink yesterday as after eating at 8pm went to sleep, then woke up 3am. Chked wt on empty stomach. It’s a pretty good idea but I would be careful on the ginger. I put a little too much and it started burning like spicy food. If you can’t handle spicy like me I would recommend putting less ginger.

Today is Sun 23 Jan 2022, thanks God for keep me alive. I’m almost 69kg (152lb), i gained 19kg (41lb) since i live alone (1 year) for my studies, i was 50kg (110lb) for my 5’1 (1.57m). I feel soooo fat and im tired of the struggle to find jeans that feet me well. I tried to loose weight several times but im too lazy to work out so here we go. @@inahsantiago4640 I have a suggestion... at Walmart/Aldi's/ and other grocery stores they have a medium sized bowl of salad with everything you need in it in it's own separate tray on top. Meat,cheese,salad dressing, and it even comes with it's own fork! It would be very easy for you to eat this during your night shifts. I buy about 5 at a time and they have all kinds of different ones...chicken caesar,fiesta,BLT,cranberry walnut...etc... plenty of choices for your taste buds. Just eating those alone I lost 10 pounds...whenever I get hungry I just grab one and can dispose of everything when finished...very neat way to eat...lol. Hope this helps

This really works! I will keep you all updated. I started on Sunday with 72,3 kg and today Thursday I weighted 71,8 kg. I drink every morning and evening. The first and last drink/food for the day. I will try this whole month.
I haven’t tried it yet but sure will do! I gained some kgs after I finished Uni so I was really determined to lose it and I did! I do moderate exercise so I will have a calorie deficit by the end of the day. I walk or ride a stationary bike. What is key for me is I only drink water (both still and carbonated), coffee and tea. No sugary soda. This works for me. My goal is 30lbs and I am half way there.

Made this tonight and had my drink with ice...tastes better than I expected. Video was easy to follow and effective. I would only change one thing in the method...start the prep with the pineapple so while the peels are boiling you can do the other prep!
Update...so I lost 14 lbs but to be completely honest the last time I weighed myself before I started this was April 1st, which means I cannot logically attribute all my weight loss to this one week period (didn't have a scale at home). So I am gonna keep using the drink from this point and see if there's anymore weight loss.
I try to let this drink replace breakfast and dinner cuz it is filling enough for me so I kinda only have one full meal for the day which is lunch. I also added 1,000 skips a day to my routine.

You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16, or you can start with eating for 10 hours and fast for 14. Whatever works best for you. I'm no one's Dr nor pediatrician. I just make suggestions. In your case things like green tea with caffeine, breathing exercises, foods that produce low mucous. Honey, ginger, peppermint, turmeric, garlic etc. Exercise at a low moderate pace. Elliptical, recumbent bike, walk the treadmill or just walking while doing breathing exercises. I did this drink 2 night ago, I used a lime instead of a lemon and I strained my drink. Honey I drink it at night and it literally felt like everything I snacked on was being desolved from my stomach! I was passing gas, water weight was gone and I popped the next morning. This is a powerful drink, I only drink 1/4th of a cup. I'm gonna keep it up and do my Billy Blanks excercises to target my stomach.

My wife purchased some private cardio class and has lost already like 15 pounds in less than 3 weeks now and that has motivated me to exercise daily now ( mostly at home workout with dumbbell ). I’m going to give this a try will report back… I’ve gained a little weight and really want to get to 145lbs… I’m currently at 165, I workout 5-6 days a week but for some reason I’ve been a junkie lately. I know it’s due to the scale and seeing my weight go up. It’s upsetting when you know you’ve been working so hard since June of this year to get a leaner body and you see that all your results have stopped. No movement can be upsetting and cause us to make bad decisions. So back to eating healthier and trying this out. I’m hoping I will have good results. One question does anyone know how long it will last until the fridge raider? I would like to make a lot at one time. Having it ready when busy would be a lifesaver. Thanks

This drink really does work. Just be consistent and patient with it. And of course keep a balance diet and some light exercising 3-4 days a week. This drink is also so good for your skin, for me personally, my skin got brighter, got rid of dark random patches I had on my body, and that is a sign of gut cleansing!
Just try the drink , you will not regret it. Also look into bone broth for weight loss! But I don’t recommend doing both the bone broth and this drink at the same time for weight loss. I recommend doing the drink for 3 weeks and then start the bone broth for just 10 days.

You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose 30lbs in two weeks. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet for example). There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. The site I mentioned also comes with home workout plan, not that challenging but definitely helpful. All the best!

UPDATE. not sure if I did something wrong or maybe because every body is different but this only made me lose 2lbs in the whole two weeks. I drank it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and right before my daily workout or before bed. It's really a bummer because I had high hopes this drink has gone viral and it seemed to to be giving good results to mostly everyone that has tried it and then there is me. I exercise everyday and even changed my eating habits before trying this so I thought it would work...oh well I'm still going to continue drinking it I actually like the taste.

This is SUPER strong i just made it and i advise you to only add a few slices of ginger at the beginning so you can work up a tolerance. I added the same amount as her and my throat almost died. I added a banana or two and various other fruit and i could not get the smoothie to taste better. So less is more in the beginning. Just a heads up.

Try British race walking if you can ... if done properly it helps trim off a lot of flab around the midsection and thighs ... the proper way to do it is heel-toe heel-toe with a wide gait where the legs are stretched , but you're putting a lot of effort into walking quickly ... the shoulders need to be back and the rib cage lifted up off the hips so that when you walk quickly your midsection will swivel and help burn and sculpt off the fat .
Cutting down on the starchy carbs and sugars will also make a big difference .
Synthetic sugars are worse than using brown sugar .
Do you drink beer or other alcohols ? They really contribute to belly fat .

I would add some apple too. Apple really breaks down fried fat and clears your mind. When I was in law school and felt foggy due to some fast food I had eaten, I learned a trick from the book Eating for Beauty that is actually very helpful for mental health which is to eat an apple before studying to counter the effects of trans fats. I did also try to limit the intake of fastfood as I was shocked when I realised what it does to the brain and fat tissue.

It’s a pretty good idea but I would be careful on the ginger. I put a little too much and it started burning like spicy food. If you can’t handle spicy like me I would recommend putting less ginger.

I've lost 4lbs so far. I also added 2 capful of ACV, cinnamon, and honey. There's a detox tea from Krogers and Walmart with Senna you could buy for $5 and drink too.

In as much as a "weight loss" method...not very likely...HOWEVER, EVERY ingredient in this powerhouse drink is each a major plus to incorporate individually...all together like this is a winner. (Although i dont think consuming that much twice a day is appropriate) This drink/smoothie is an antioxidant, vitamin and mineral filled glass of gold.
Started this 2 days ago. 168 lbs now. Will update if anything changes. I do 1200 calorie deficit with light exercise. My tummy feels very light and treated my constipation.

Today is Sun 23 Jan 2022, thanks God for keep me alive.
I’m almost 69kg (152lb), i gained 19kg (41lb) since i live alone (1 year) for my studies, i was 50kg (110lb) for my 5’1 (1.57m). I feel soooo fat and im tired of the struggle to find jeans that feet me well.
I tried to loose weight several times but im too lazy to work out so here we go. I start this juice tomorrow (Monday 01/24) and will update every week until the 2 weeks (maybe after to: 1month if i like it), because it’s might help and motivate you too, wish me good luck, see you next Monday ❤️

@@inahsantiago4640 I have a suggestion... at Walmart/Aldi's/ and other grocery stores they have a medium sized bowl of salad with everything you need in it in it's own separate tray on top. Meat,cheese,salad dressing, and it even comes with it's own fork! It would be very easy for you to eat this during your night shifts. I buy about 5 at a time and they have all kinds of different ones...chicken caesar,fiesta,BLT,cranberry walnut...etc... plenty of choices for your taste buds. Just eating those alone I lost 10 pounds...whenever I get hungry I just grab one and can dispose of everything when finished...very neat way to eat...lol. Hope this helps

I'm gonna try this I'm 5'8 170lbs which doesn't sound bad at all but its honestly mostly fat and water weight, I actually look moderately skinny with clothes on but i still want to be at least 125 to 135lbs which feels healthy to me, mostly so i can lose the fat and water weight, so i can tone out and get that summer body even tho its already summer lol. will update in probably 6 months if i remember

So instead of sacrificing my life to the gym (what I’ve been doing for the past two years and progress stopped after a few months) I’m going to see if this will help. This really works! I will keep you all updated. I started on Sunday with 72,3 kg and today Thursday I weighted 71,8 kg. I drink every morning and evening. The first and last drink/food for the day. I will try this whole month.

I haven’t tried it yet but sure will do! I gained some kgs after I finished Uni so I was really determined to lose it and I did! I lost 20kg-40lbs ish… but I want to lose another 5-10kgs just to feel healthier in my own skin, I might try this out, but I might skip the boiling peels, I can’t get a fresh fresh pineapple at store, so I don’t think its skin is that healthy, anyway it looks great tho ☺️

Hello Everyone it's Monday May 10th 2021 and I did my morning weekly weigh in & I'm down 4lbs from a week ago, 😊 granted I've not been exercising that 1st week but I will begin to walk every day this week.
