    Hai doctor…Enaku delivery aagi 3years aachu …I have a thyroid problem…but Ippo control la iruku..so I am taking 0.25 mg…My weight is above 85…So naan enna maadhiri workouts pannalam…Heavy workouts panlama???please mam sollunga…..
