About Video:-
In order to setup netgear ex5000 extender you will need a working router, a computer/phone. To setup via browser you will need to connect your phone or computer to netgear_ext network name and then type mywifiext.net into the browser to access the new extender setup page.
There you just need to follow the on screen instructions to complete the setup.
Now, in order to setup extender via wps you will have to first press the wps button on your netgear ex5000 extender and then within 2 mins press the wps button on your router. A solid wps led will confirm a successful wps setup.
In case none of the methods works then we recommend you to reset the extender. You can do that By putting a paper clip inside the reset hole for 10 secs while the extender is still plugged in to the wall.

This extender can not be setup as access point, so you can not connect them in series. But you can setup two different extender separately if you want.

Then you can try the browser setup. Or else login into your router and then Initialize the wps from there. When you login into you router via browser, go to wireless settings or advance settings.
