    If you don't have money for gym
    Simple answer calisthenics and don't think that calisthenics is only pushups pull up and squat there are many advance moves also like l sit, dragon flag, planche pushups, muscle ups and pistol squats

      @@iktil5784 everyone can do squat if you cannot do push ups than you can do knee push ups simply place your legs on the ground and than do pushups and if. You cannot even do that place your hands on a elevated surface . For pull ups you can do Australian pull ups and if cannot do that than elevate the bar by that you can master the basics and do the advance movements

      Yes, calisthenics is best for begginers
      At the beggining even I can't do a push up....but now I am able to do 25 in a row....
      My weight was 105kg in the beggining ...but now I weight 96kg...thanks to just 45 mins of calisthenics exercises

    *शाकाहार और मांसाहार में क्या अंतर है ?*
    अग्नि पर जब फल, फूल, अनाज, दूध, दही, घी, तेल डाला जाता है तो वो यज्ञ बन जाता है और
    उसी अग्नि पर जब मुर्दा हड्डी, मांस का शरीर रखा जाता है फिर वो पूरा हो या कटा हुआ हो तो वो चिता बन जाती है।
    हमें भी जब भूख लगती हे तो कहा जाता हे की हमारे भीतर जठराग्नि प्रज्जवलित हुई है और वो भी अग्नि है और जब ये जठराग्नि प्रज्जवलित होती हे तब हम उस में भी कुछ ना कुछ डालते है ।
    अगर हम उस में चिकन, मटन या मांस का कुछ भी डालते हैं तो वो *चिता* बन जाती है और
    अगर हम उसमे फल, फूल, अनाज, दूध, दही, घी, तेल डालते हैं तो वो *यज्ञ* बन जाता है।
    *अब आप के भीतर "चिता" हो या "यज्ञ" हो ये निर्णय आप को करना है।*
    *अत: शाकाहारी बनें !!!*

      Firstly dont worry at all. I too had the same problem. Now I'm 5'9'' & 19 years old. Rod pulling, Do pushups, jogging. Be regular. You'll observe the changes

    Hi Sir,
    I have been following you from couple of years. And I find your videos very usefull and reliable.
    I have been going to gym from last 6 years. But last month was diagnosed with Bulged L5S1 disc. I don't have much pain in the lower back.
    Please make a video regarding Discs and Can we still hit the gym with a buldged disc. If yes, what are the do's and don'ts in the gym and how can we stya fit with the problem if it isn't fixable.

      Just it proper home food and ignore junk food and also eat every 3 hours of the day.And most importantly protein is very important so if you can't Afford it then always try to add as much protein in your food like fish,chicken,paneer,soya chunks etc. I hope this might helped you a bit :)
