    Wow. I did both kapal Bhati and Aulom Vilok with the video and I started with a blocked nose and slight cold and feeling better in just 10 mins. Nasal passages are open and I can breathe much better. Definitely doing this everyday now.

      In most of the schools , the period for yoga is 1 to 2 per week . If they start periods of yoga on daily basis then the fitness of the students will be influenced and help them menatally and well as physically. The another problem is that the students dont take yoga period seriously and for them the yoga period is like boring , we should change the mindset of these students who think the yoga is boring . As we know that the lifestyle of this generation is different from previous generations thats why many students suffer from obesity .The schools in India should implement yoga period atleast 4 periods in a week and should students should also cooperate with teachers.

    पहले मैं कपालभांति पर विश्वास नहीं करता था ,और बाकी योगासन तो करता था पर कपालभांति नहीं करता था और हमेशा पेट की परेशानी होती थी,but jab se maine कपालभांति karna शुरू किया तब से मुझे यह problem नहीं होती ,और इससे तुरन्त आराम मिला था अब मैं कुछ आसान करूं या ना करूं परंतु कपालभांति जरूर करता हूँ ।
