Thank you for an excellent video. Third one I am watching one after another! Do you think a vigorous exercise can cause an increase in ALP? As you mentioned, bone remodelling /remineralization of bones can be the result of increased osteobasts, which in turn is caused by higher ALP. Thank you. I just subbed your channel.

How is it determined if a high level is related to a liver or bone issue?
My neurologist just ran a test to determine if the high previous test was liver or bone.
I had seen her to discuss a new pain I have been having for a few months in my arms..it feels like it's inside the bone. It's a throbbing, radiating pain.
I've been a chronic pain patient for over 20 years. I have a very high tolerance to the normal pain I have related to m.s.
This pain is very different. It's very intense..enough to keep me from sleeping. I take a fairly high dose of medication for pain and also have a neurostimulator to block some of the pain. This new pain is able to overcome all of that.

my blood tests came back fine except I have very love ALP - what does this mean? Does this have anything to do with weight gain and rosacea? I have rosacea for years now

have you ever got tested for celiac disease ? or are you intolerant to gluten or lactose? usually intolerance to gluten can cause rosacea

I don't have noticable symptoms for celiac. I can eat Gluten and Lactose happily with no cramps or upset stomach. but because of myweight gain I have stopped eating gluten. Love my pasta for years but now I don't eat it, sadly
