As someone who fails to retain lots of nasms information, I think it would be helpful to make videos based on each and every topic that you talked about regarding each chapter in the 1 hr and 40 something minute video you made I took the nasm 3 times and failed with my last one being 4 points lower than the passing grade I really love to workout and help others see the importance of it’s benefits however it’ll help even more if I was certified i made lots of friends around this hobby but it really sucks when something as tedious as this exam holds you back

Great videos and material to succeed! However I don't see any section, chapter or practice exams in NASM ed 7. Where do I go to take weekly test as you highly suggested ?

    Why are assessments controversial?

Hi Taylor. Some people believe that many of these assessments are a waste of time or that they don't tell you what NASM would indicate.

Haters gonna hate. I'm wary of people who continuously harp on the "ridiculousness" of foundational, evidence-based information as if the purveyors of this knowledge are nefarious Luddites just out to waste our time. Every discipline's training is like this; nursing, medical school, etc. There's the textbook ideal world and then there's the actual practice that happens in reality but without the foundational information to hold the channels strong, regardless of how one takes that information and applies it oneself, it would just be one big free-for-all of non-standard confusion. Learn the basics, get the foundation, integrate, and grow from there.
