Nothing looks good for us. Hendrick also selling US home to beat feet and flee. Lowered prices of inventory 24K to convert those assets to cash so it can transferred to off shore accounts. I'm guessing Magna was already paid for these cars, so Hendrick owns them. Chapter 7 is what is going to happen and many lovers out there including me. (A lot more people loss more then me)... Best case senernio, if you own an FOO, he kept the price at sticker price, so accident with no parts, car gets totaled and owner get paid. (and this may not work either) Great Channel too, you do your homework....

Fisker's market cap about $20 mil. All it takes is 200 to 400 of the most fervent Fisker fans to buy all the available shares and don't lend them out to short sellers (home equity loan, margin loan, student loan, borrow against retirement funds; etc.). That will drive the share price up and give Fisker the cushion to issue more shares to placate the note holder or pay off the note. Of course, don't send the SEC after me for manipulating the market.

I think Magna will be a bidder for Fisker´s assets if they are liquidated. Maybe they will take the risk and complete the vehicle development and re-launch either under Fisker name or under a new one. There are hundreds of millions of dollars in tooling both at Magna and at the suppliers.

Would need to toss the Fisker name and brand out the door. The platform may be something Magna picks up and tries to run with, but it absolutely will not hold any semblance to the Fisker name. Magna is FURIOUS with Fisker, especially Henrik and Geeta. These two have seriously harmed Magna and its reputation. Its a lesson for Magna, and others, to pick your partners carefully.
@@Kenbark42As said in the video, the platform is already Magna's. They just had to supplant some of their parts with cheap fisker-specified parts.
Hi Adam, thanks for all the work going through that information. it seems that the 10k is some windowdressing to get ready for Bancrupty. How much I admired Henrik Fisker for his design and trying it again as an entrepreneur (remark: past sentence), it seems to me from early on that Henrik and his wife have shown their lack of ability to manage such a company. Clearly finances is one big mess. The 10k states clearly that there is litigation in process from investors. No interested party will be willing to take that on. they will try to get HF to take responsibility for that, but clearly he won't. I don't even think that chapter 11 would be happening, the balance sheet just doesn't add up, even with the new 10k. hope I am wrong though...

What’s apparent is that there’s an asset/liability mismatch. There’s also a private entity that does not seem to exercise rights they would otherwise have.
Creditor protection will have to be sought. But one more bankruptcy and Fisker is through.

Fiskers will still be in control (b-class shares) and it doesn't address the compay problems. Only way for Fisker (the company) to survive in some form is Chapter 11.

@@TempoLOOKING BYD is very big and very ambitious. They already have the technology, the scale and a lineup of very competitive and attractive EVs. I don´t think a niche manufacturer like Fisker, with no production facilities (specially not in the US), will be attractive for them.

And the stock price is up 15% in 2 days. Plus the new Model 3 Performance is out, and is getting rave reviews. I bet all the Fisker owners wish they could trade in their worthless cars, but alas nobody is foolish enough to take them in trade.

@@wizzyno1566 is Still new to the market. Magna is just a manufacturer, They will have an option to own the company and fix the issues. I felt the car looks good. Software updates needed like tesla. Even tesla had many issues and they are fixing most of them via software fix.
Magna has no interest in Fisker as Fisker only owes the design of the car. The rest ist Magna already. There are no assets you could buy in this stage. Fisker is dead. The Ocean is dead. They are actually removing the tooling in the factory and are laying off 500 people who built this car.
@@RajarajanM The Fisker brand is new to the market and its already poison. It cant be saved now. Magna is already going to eat huge losses on this, they'd be insane to make it worse. So they wont.
Yesterday, I drove past the Fisker workshop in my area, and decided to go in for a peak. apparently there was a head engineer of Magna, explaining to the Sales Manager how to do updates, calibrations etc.... This was before I read the news that Magna will be laying of employees. When talking to him, I heard that next to the finished cars, there are still a lot of half assembled platforms at Magna, that should have been paid by Fisker. Magna is in trouble themselves, and putted their hopes on Fisker, now they look for another car to produce ones the Jaguar, BMW/Toyata contracts runs to an end. it is not their business model to own a brand and market this. They will move on to assembling another car. Still their production is state of the art.
