You need to watch the official trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse in the Multiverse of Madness! So hyped up for it. Even more than Spiderman NoWay Home! This dark/ horror/psychological movie is going to be one of the best Marvel movies ever!! So many famous cameos! Just watch it!🤪🤪🤪🤪
in the comics I believe Ned becomes a version of the hobgoblin

This is who Peter Parker is. He made the ultimate sacrifice. By choosing not to tell MJ and Ned who he was. They will never be safe if they know he is Spider-Man. I was always mad Tom Holland didn’t get an origin story but after watching No Way Home I realized that his trilogy is his origin story. From a young boy wanting to become an avenger. To handling the responsibility of being a hero. Now a man realizing the true cost and the price to pay for doing the right thing for the greater good.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
To me the MCU spidey-movies was always my least favorite of them all for that specific reason, but after watching NWH that changed fast. 💪
Norman had a split personality
One side being the real Norman, the other half being the Goblin.
The reason Tobey's Spider-Man didn't want to just kill the Goblin, is because doing so will also kill Norman who is just trapped in the body while the Goblin is in control. Norman is a victim in this as well.
Using the cure was ONLY way to kill the Goblin without killing Norman as well.
Miles already exists in the mcu technically in Spider-Man homecoming Aaron Davis is in the movie and he tells Peter that he gotta nephew who lives in Brooklyn. Also he talks to him on the phone saying his name after Peter webs his hand
We would have lost it if an alternate dimension Miles Morales showed up 😆

The reason the sony verse venom knows spider-man is because in Let There be Carnage venom talks about a hive mind that links to the multiverse, So that being the sony verse venom knew about the different version of himself in the Tobey verse. Peter didn’t tell Ned and MJ he was their friend because he saw the bandage on MJ’a forehead therefore he doesn’t want her to get hurt by his actions

And we know why he didn’t tell them we just would have liked him to as an audience member 😂 but yes he made the right choice by not telling them at that time.
19:30 The Tobey Peter probably saw a news report that Tom Peter lost Aunt May, since he is in Tom Peter's world with Andrew Peter. So he has that connection to have empathy for him enough to look for him and to comfort and support him. Or if we want to go back to when the spell backfired, Tobey Peter probably found out about Tom Peter since everyone else in the world knows now and even better reason to seek Tom Peter out and help him. Either way, Tobey Peter knows that another Spidey needs the OG's help.

It seemed like it was purposely shot to look like* it pushed and knocked her over rather than stabbed and knocked her over but yes it would have been very hard to avoid not getting stabbed especially at that speed.

We know it had sharp blades but Spider-Man didn’t think she was hurt until after their convo when she fell over. He thought she just got pushed by it and maybe some scratches if not he would have immediately been checking to see if she was stabbed, no?
I've always thought that this trilogy was an origin story for spiderman, and now we'll see the spiderman we know from the comics in later movies.

These villains were "fated" to die by the hands of Spiderman. That makes Peter feels responsible for their lives. Imagine knowing that someone is fated to die by your hands, would you do something about it? It's not like he doesn't know the risks, but with great power comes great responsibility.

I love this movie!!!! So much nostalgia, good story. It had great humor, it was brutal and emotional. Also, can't wait to see Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness! Sam Rami is directing the movie, plus there's rumors of insane cameos. Regardless, enjoyed the reaction! 💪🙏🏽

The spell brought the villains over from the moment they were going to die.
If the spell brought them over right before they were going to die, would curing them and sending them back have changed anything? Like if it was the day before, right before their fight or even mid fight, okay fine that would make a difference as far as saving them but if it is literally seconds away from them dying, them being changed wouldn't save them imo. The goblin would have still gotten impaled and Doc Ock would have still drowned.
Nah, the spell brought the villains over from the moment they knew Peter Parker was Spider-man, so Norman was taken at the dinner party, Doc oc when his machine was going to destroy the city, Connors from the top of that building, Max from when he was "absobing data" etc.
Also, almost two days have passed since they were brought into the MCU so Norman will just suddenly appear in Aunt Mays home, pretty sure Doc oc's machine will have destroyed New York by the time he gets back, Connors will be naked on a roof and Max will show up in the middle of a group of electrical contractors fixing all the damage he caused earlier.

@@rsrt6910 Based on context from the movie, it doesn't matter how long they spend outside of their universe. They'll be returned back to the moment they were removed. That's why Tom's Peter is trying to save them. The thing that kills them won't have happened yet when they are returned to their proper universe. That's also why Tom initially tells Tobey and Andrew that it's their problem not his.

In order for the other universes to be even close to the Tomverse, time would need to be running very close since it's formation over the previous 14 billion years or so. So when Doc Oc get back, New York is a smoking hole in the ground.
Most hype scene in the movie, for me, was the return of Tobey Maguire. I nearly lost my sh*t when he showed up on screen. What a legendary film. Great reaction, you two! Thanks for sharing with everyone!

Hot take: Tom holland is the best Spider-Man (And no I’m not young)
As a hardcore fan of the character I love Tobey, Andrew and Tom, but Tom Holland is so good as both Peter and Spider-man. I mean, even Stan Lee himself said it that Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man.
Tom Holland kill it with his performance in this movie and I can’t wait to continue his Spider-man amazing character development.
Tom Holland Spider-man has lost so much in so little time, it’s crazy.
Tobey got bit at the age of 17.
For 17 years, he lived a normal, happy childhood with both Aunt May and Uncle Ben, with no powers or supervillains to deal with. By the age of 18, Uncle Ben has died, but he got to properly graduate from high school with his childhood best friend and move into the city with him.
Andrew got bit at the age of 17.
He lost both of his parents at a young age and still carries that pain and yearning with him, but for 17 years, he lived a rather normal childhood with both Aunt May and Uncle Ben, with no powers or supervillains to deal with. By the age of 18, Uncle Ben has died, he becomes Spider-Man, graduates properly with his peers and his high school sweetheart, and lives in his childhood home with Aunt May.
Tom got bit at the age of 14.
After living up until freshman year with a relatively normal childhood, he is thrust into the superpowered world, and fights alongside the Avengers after only six months of being a superhero. While in high school, he loses out on hanging out with his friends, attending activities he enjoys, and teenage memories he will never recover, all in the name of heroic responsibility. Eight months into his powers at the age of 15, he defeats his first supervillain, is almost murdered, and loses out on ever going to his high school homecoming dance.
At the age of 16, he witnesses an alien invasion (for the second time in his life) and goes into a one-way trip into outer space where he dies on an alien planet. While the Blip was instantaneous for most people, for Peter, he understood that he was dying for a whole minute and died in the arms of his mentor. An hour later, he is revived, but he watches his mentor and idol die in front of him and attends his funeral.
At the age of 17, he is lied to and gaslit by a second supervillain, is almost murdered again, and has his identity revealed to the public and is framed as a murderer, destroying his personal life.
Later that same week, he discovers the multiverse is real, Aunt May dies, leaving him with no family, the world's memory of him is erased, leaving him no friends or support network of any kind, misses out on properly graduating high school, and lives alone in the city. Being Spider-Man is all he has left.
And after all of that, only then is he the same age as Peter 2 and Peter 3. And that breaks my heart.
I think he’ll become the best Spider-Man, when his comedy range improves beyond Andrew Garfield’s.

Broke, living on his own no high tech help struggling to make money for school, rent, fabric Incase he needs to patch up his suit or make a new one entirely, and of course web fluid and has to keep his identity a secret cause as we saw with aunt May, Gwen Stacy, and yes Mary Jane Watson if his enemies found out his secret they would Target his loved ones to get to Peter cause that's what lead to Gwen Stacy's death in the first place.
He still has high tech. I mean, that's the definition of the web shooter. He just doesn't have Stark tech.

This was clearly explained in the dialog of the film.
If the villains were sent back, they would return to their fight with that universe’s Spider-Man and die. So changing them is also saving their lives. Peter was trying to save their lives. Despite knowing that there were risks. Despite the fact that Doctor Strange did not approve. Aunt May was the one that suggested this and Peter grabbed hold of that idea and implemented it and Peter doesn’t kill. Y’all didn’t understood his motives AT ALL, so annoying.

We were looking at it from our own perspectives as an audience member/spectator not from Spider-Man’s own values and morals. Yes we know Peter doesn’t kill people, we are very familiar with his nature. We look at it more as an audience member/spectator not necessarily what the character is going to do or what their values dictate. We know this is his eternal struggle as with Daredevil, Batman, and a bunch of other heroes who take the stance of not killing. Which is why we were surprised that Tom was really going to stab goblin with the glider if Tobey* didn’t stop him.
We know Peter doesn’t kill, it’s his eternal struggle. We were not expecting him to actually kill anyone.

I dont get why they said Sandman died fighting Spider-Man . He never died in Spider-Man 3 . Peter forgave him for killing his Uncle Ben because he told him what really happened . He accidentally pulled the trigger on Ben which killed him and Peter told him he forgives him then the sandman just left . He never died

How can y'all wear spidey's shirt and don't understand the spirit of spiderman? He saves whoever he can no matter who they are and what it costs
Just because you don't agree with someone's actions doesn't mean you don't understand where they are coming from or them as a character. His actions obviously fall in line with him as a character. We were looking at it from our own perspectives as an audience member/spectator not from Spider-Man’s own values and morals. What he did plays out as it should have because that is just how Peter Parker is, trying to save everyone and sacrificing his own life in the process and it led to a very interesting story arc, where does Spider-Man go from here now that he has lost it all.
We are looking at it more in line with Doctor Strange, where Spidey's actions could have major implications into the multiverse, is it worth the risk? We knew it wouldn't end well for him and we didn't want him to have to go through that experience but again it did lead to a great story and we would love to see how he handles this moving forward.
