Andrew saving MJ was one of the best scenes in any movie
Yup, it hits ya right in the feels. Beautiful scene.
Gotta disagree to an extent. The scene itself is nothing special on its own without any context of Andrews previous movies. Its one of the best MOMENTS in any movie would be more accurate. Don’t twist my words though. I love the scene❤️

Willem Dafoe and Alfred Molina are the standouts for me personally. In their original movies and in NWH .
Everyone did an amazing job but it was the coolest to see these 2 interact.
Willem Dafoe and Tom Holland had the best acting in this imo but there are so many outstanding performances
This is the big difference between Marvel Studios and Sony. When Sony exclusively made the films, they had tighter control over the actors.
While Sony did have a lot of control with NWH, Marvel Studios just as equal of control. "Let us do the movie our way and we'll make you billions."
Also, it helped that we didn't need to focus on villainous origin story and really get to spend time delving deep into their characters.
Defoe did an absolutely amazing job with Goblin. You really could feel that he didn't care if he died. If he died by the hands of Spider-Man, he will have hurt him more than he ever could have physically. Goblin truly is Marvel's version of the Joker. Physical injuries recover, emotional ones stick with you for life.

Pointing out that Peter's pulling his punches is just the most Spider-Man-reader thing to say. Well, there's that and then pointing out Peter's luck.
The ending hurts even more because Tom and Zendaya are actually dating and you can tell in that moment she is picturing actually forgetting Tom.
I'm rooting for their relationship. They both seem to be really nice people in real life. So if one celebrity couple is gonna work out. I hope its these two.
Any scene with Tom holland is the awesome best because he is phenomenal in anything he does ( especially Peter Parker and Spider-Man) but also fantastic in the crowded room,cherry,uncharted,Chaos walking etc etc etc ❤
I didn't prepare myself enough emotionally for this since it's just a reaction and not the full movie, but I was over here sobbing uncontrollably at times, just like when I saw it at the cinema 😭 Such a good movie!
Let's not forget that the problems Peter faces in the 2nd and 3rd acts are purely down to the fact that Dr Strange didn't explain the spell and ask if there was anyone who should be excluded from it's effects.

I saw this movie in a full theater, and the emotion and excitement in the room was palpable. It was a buzz of energy from old and new fans alike, and we were all so into it! The sniffling I heard at the saddest parts reminded me that I wasn’t the only one crying in the room, either 😅
I cannot be the only one to think Lizard was criminally underused. He was my favorite Garfield villain and just came across as flat and one-dimensional in this movie.
I loved this reaction the most because he didnt even watch the trailers so he would actually have good reactions to the characters
They finally gave us a more comic accurate green goblin costume he just looks so dope. Having his face exposed makes him so much more menacing

You missed Eddie and Venom getting drunk before being sent back to their universe.
I like to think that when Toby stopped Tom with the glider, his spidey sense alerted him to Green Goblins attack, but he held his ground to save Peter (tom) from going over the edge.
At first i didn't catch it either but dr strange said no one can remember peter so peters suit would not recognize him either and the stark suit would not work on him anymore so peter had to make his own suit

well, he had to go find it from wherever may had it stashed, because _she_ was the one that would mend his suit with her sewing machine. he’s gone back to his og suit and is in a way, keeping may alive through using continuing the mending with her sewing machine.
@@samanthanickson6478 He never had an OG suit. When Stark Found him, Peter was swinging around in a red hoodie.
Actually, no. The Iron Spider was heavily damaged in the fight. Without access to any Stark Tech, he can't repair his suit anymore. Seeing the other Spider-Men and how they relied upon themselves, he realized he needed to stop relying on everyone else to solve his problems. Once he understood the responsibility he had, he was no longer a Spider-Boy and became our classic Spider-Man.
This first Spider-Man trilogy in the MCU was the perfect origin story to Spider-Man. We really got to see him grow into our classic view of Spider-Man. It really is a shame Stan Lee wasn't around to see it happen.
Spider-Man will return, with three more movies. Holland's contract has been renewed.

So, I saw this movie today and....yeah, Willem Dafoe can still scare the hell out of me with the way he can portray a split personality so well.
The fight between Norman and the MCU Peter was his idea and totally improvized. When he was asked in the interviews about he said that this Peter was an undeveloped crybaby and he will give him some development trough a beating.

Fun fact the scene where Peter Parker is punching Norman Osborne in the hallway and goblin laughs was so terrifying it caused Tom Holland to pause which is why he stopped punching him. The crew also was terrified as well, theres a video of the behind the scenes about it.

This movie broke me and had me cheering, crying, laughing and exhausted 🤣 it is so good and so nostalgic and new and I was a wreck afterwards.
I guess Dr. Strange never heard the "With great power" line because he's awfully willing to share reality-altering spells with children. Seems pretty irresponsible.

Luckily a buddy of mind told me I have to try and avoid spoilers at all costs. So I avoided the trailers, I told RUclips to not recommend channels to me that do Superhero news etc. I do my best to go into a movie without having anything spoiled. :)

I love the idea that magic is just science. And I just LOVE his relationship with MJ. It feels so much more real like love, rather than Peter just having an atraction to MJ/Gwen - like, it was build, not just "she is pretty" and "I feel bad for her because of her abusive dad" you know?!

It's true. Magick is a science and a philosophy. As an esotericist myself, I kinda love how the original Dr. Strange film described magick as a program that shapes reality. The ancient one also stated this one line while Strange is on an acid trip... "Where mind and matter meet". If you'd think of it, the nature of reality is based on consciousness. Magick is basically understanding the mind and how it works in accordance with reality, and discover ways to "reprogram" reality through the use of different practices and traditions that affect the mind in a certain way to achieve certain results.
Yes, Marvel/Disney got back all the characters from Netflix. All the shows were added to Disney+ last week (in the U.S., anyway), and I believe that it's also been confirmed that a new Daredevil season will be going into production for Disney+ later this year.

i’ve been watching reaction videos to this movie all day, eager to see what others thought of the movie (i watched it for the first time yesterday) and yours probably the first reaction video i’ve seen where you were more empathetic to peters point of view than stranges.
and it’s like, yeah i get it, strange is being logical, hes *right*, but at the same time, peter is thinking with his heart while strange is thinking with his mind. while watching the movie while i didn’t think he was making the most logical decision by stopping strange, i was 100 percent empathetic towards what he was trying to do. because he’s a hero. he’s just trying to save people
i’ve seen quite a few reaction videos where people will instantly act as if peter is being stupid or unreasonable. and everytime i get why the person thinks that but at the same time is frustrating because peter just won’t. obviously he won’t just let them die.
MJ sums it up perfectly when asked why he didn’t let them all get sent back to their deaths: “because that’s not who he is.”

In the film, they never say "Harry" so maybe setting up a Harry Osborn or Harry (insert last name here) is still in the cards for a future film. And yes, Tom Holland has signed a contract for 3 more Spidey films.

Strange wasn’t dark. He was right. I loved loved loved this movie, but you’re the first reaction I watched that agreed with Peter about saving the villains. Obviously it was awesome but in reality wouldn’t have worked out and probably broke the multiverse and timelines.
I know Strange was trying to do what's right for the greater good. It's just Spider-Man always had the mindset of "Nobody dies... Period." Doesn't matter the cost or outcome, he does everything possible to save a life. That's why he's my favorite super-hero. I mean, both Strange and Peter are trying to do the right thing. That's what so great about it. :D

this movie blew my mind, but the main plot hole was when Peter Parker asked Dr Strange to make everyone forget he was Spiderman. Why not make everyone forget about Mysterio?

Sit down and have a five-minute conversation with Peter about how the spell is going to work - BEFORE starting the spell. Thus, all the problems could have been avoided. Dr. Strange is an idiot in this movie.

You clearly don't understand why strange want the villains to be back on their own universe. You even thought that Strange is bad and cold hearted which he don't. Strange here is right and Peter is not. It's the villains fate to die because if they won't a lot of people will die on their own universe because of them terrorizing it. And if you can't remember then let me remind you that it's Strange's duty to protect the reality. And he don't want to mess with again since he already messed it up too much like what he did in his solo movie, in endgame and now this. And the effects of him violating the natural law will show in the multiverse of madness.

He didn't mean it happened back to back. He was just abridging what happened. Harry did try to kill him and then eventually died in his arms. Just left out the saving part.

I love Tobey Maguire as Spiderman, but I wish they had killed him off with the stab. It would have been tragic and upsetting but there was no reason to make the stab so dramatic with no follow through. I know it would have pissed off like, every other viewer though lol

It's a game set in the Harry Potter universe in the 1800- century and you're a late 5th year student who has some connection to ancient magic. It looks SICK to say the least and since you loved both Newt and Harry's stories I feel like you'll love this fr!
I loved the movie, but the spell changing thing and thus messing the multiverse up was the single most stupid thing the MCU ever shoehorned into a story. Imho
I think one shouldn't change their "fate" in the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse because it will result in a temporal paradox, it breaks the absolute points in time, similar as to what happened in the "What I" episode where Doctor Strange does the same thing as Peter, changing the absolute point in his universe, by trying to avoid Christine Palmer's death. He became successful though, temporarily, because the universe eventually collapsed due to the temporal paradox. Christine's death is an absolute point because it is essential for certain things to happen, same as how the deaths of these villains are instrumental for other things to happen as well...
This paradox of consequences I think will be manifested when dr strange m.o.m. comes out in a month or so

Why do you have the picture flipped for you need to fix that
That is intentional for two reasons. It helps to make the video "transformative" so that it falls under Fair Use Law. Also, I have to realign each shot of the film to the right of the screen so that it's not covered by my webcam, so many times if the subject of the scene is on the far left, I have to flip the video to have them on the far right.

Yes but please record yourself in the movie theatre, Reactions are meant to be “first time” only, if not it is called a “rewatch” and the whole purpose of reactions is that when you watch someone reacting for the first time to this movie it makes you relive the FEELING of that emotion you had only when you first watched it. Make it the shock, laughter, sadness, hype, etc. It is NOT the same after the first time and thats why i hate “rewatch reactions” we dont care if you already know whats coming

I think I 90% like this movie, as the ending made me mad 😭
Especially cuz he lost his only family and now his friends don’t recognise him. He literally has no one... so that sucks...

@@NewfieMovieReactions Tobey Maguire talked to Ned about his best friend trying to kill him. Ned went out of his way to tell Tom Holland that he would not try to kill him. In the comics Spider-Man has a friend named Ned Leeds that is hobgoblin I think
