I recently started working at a retirement community. During my last shift, I had this brilliant idea to teach seniors hula hooping. I've been hooping on and off for twenty plus years. Lately, more off. I once saw a video of seniors learning to hoop. Despite their difficulties, they just laughed and had a good time. For many of these seniors, if not all, it's been fifty years since they touched one. That's if they even touched one at al. I wasn't sure how to go about teaching the fundamentals. Your video is perfect.
You made my day, Gorgeous Michelle ❤️❤️❤️ I hope you all have a great giggle and enjoy time together and re-discovering the joy of play ❤️ In the UK I used to be invited to retirement homes to perform and let the residents try some move. It was always such a lift of energy. Many of them in just a few minutes seemed like they turned back into kids! Playing! Laughing! Cracking jokes! Showing off! Some of them were real good!!! have a wonderful time 🙏🏾👌🏾❤️ sending you all lots of love 💋💋💋🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper I love this so much! I hope to see a lot of laughter and joking around, myself. I'm going to do a survey and see how many people are interested.
Bee, you are simply amazing! I've been hooping for 5 years (and watched hundreds of tutorials) and always struggled with waist hooping. I cannot believe the way you've described this- especially the ball in the sock... BRILLIANT!!!
so glad you like the ball exercise! It does make sense, doesn't it? To push into the hoop like if you wanted to bounce off a ball... and how easy it is when you do not have to constantly keep picking up a hoop that is driving you mad but you can just keep trying, experimenting, chiseling your thrust until it makes perfect sense to your body 💗 thank you for your lovely comment 💋
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooperThanks for sharing. Can you please share how not to get bored and tired from trying over and over and learn it faster?? Thanks very much.
@@leif1075 I love to use music for this - some songs really lift my spirit & keep me enthusiastic - if there are any songs you love and that cheer you up and help you feel motivated: listen and wiggle joyfully 💗the rhythm of music also helps with encouraging you to move with a good tempo. A body scan is helpful, too: to focus on your body parts and check your feet, check in with your knees if they are soft enough, check out your glutes if they are propelling you forward powerfully... focus on yourself - it is so not easy at all! it can be learnt and that is exactly what you are doing even when you are not yet able to do something - as long as you are trying, you are always making progress! your nervous system processes all the information while you are sleeping - so keep trying because even if you drop it today, in your sleep your brain will calibrate and help you do better the next day! sleep really helps! do it for yourself, for all the benefits you will be experiencing, you have all it takes!
I am 58 and just got myself a hula hoop. When i was a child it was sooo easy and i thought i would just be able to do it straight away.. sadly not, although i can keep it spinning for a bit. So pleased to have found you, and this video; really excited to pick up my hoop and give it a try tomorrow. Fingers crossed i will be able to enjoy hula hooping once again 😊 Many thanks ❤
Well done, Darling!!! 58 is the beginning of a super fit and creative and energetic & bubbly chapter for you then ❤️ you’ll be amazing at hooping and every time you pick it up it will feel rejuvenating & playful ❤️🫶🏼 have a blast, Gorgeous ❤️ wiggle happily 🫶🏼💋💐
Even I used to Hula hoop very well while I was very young, and then I don't remember what happened to my HH also, I just never hula hooped. Then after years later while I was in my 40s I bought a hula hoop thinking I could spin it around, but it always fell down after 4 /5 times of spinning. I am so frustrated, as I am still trying unsuccessfully now that i have become 66 years. I have watched many tutotrials, but none of them helped me. Maybe this vdeo I have seen before, the ball thing and the charger thing. I will try again following your tips.
Glad it helped! It is going to feel super easy and you’ll be conquering new moves all the time as your body rewards you for all this amazing attention you give it ❤️🫶🏼 have an amazing time discovering all the amazing new skills you can conquer and celebrate that gorgeous & deserving body of yours 🫶🏼❤️🥳💐
I really hope you see this comment because I want to thank you for such a beautifully uplifting video! Its been a while since something or in this case someone really cheered me up. Your warmth and high vibration really shine through as does your authenticity. Thank you for bringing a little more magic in to the world. I plan to give my hula hoop another go! God bless
I'm so glad! Thank you 🙏🏾 your words mean a lot to me 💖 please keep trying, you have all it takes! It is possible you may need a hoop that has a larger diameter but we all need a larger one to start with. I started off with a huge hoop because when I started I was unfit and overweight. Really that was my reason to keep trying. Instead of letting those become my excuses not to try, I told myself that I must keep trying because that’s exactly what I need to no longer be unfit and overweight. It was a humbling experience to keep picking it up for countless of times. But it was worth it! Our biggest struggles can give us superpowers! Once we overcome 1 obstacle, we almost become unstoppable because it helps us develop self belief & confidence! That, Gorgeous will change your life! Keep shining bright! You’ve got this! 🫶🏼💋💐
Then you must be a very special friend! If you have a thoughtful friend who gives you a hoop, that is a special connection & care 🫶🏼❤️ I wish you lots of joyful moments, wonderful discoveries, heaps of play & fun! May this be the beginning of a super fit and confident & energetic chapter for you that makes the rest of your life the best of your life ❤️❤️❤️
I couldn't do this on day 1 but I've been practicing a little every day and now on day 4 it's already sooooo much better! Be patient with yourselves ♥️♥️
You’re amazing! When others would not even give it a try or if they try: they would give up… and here you are like a champion, relentlessly trying again and hooping victoriously! Well done! You’re champion material!!! When I started it hardly wanted to stay up and most of my workout was really about me picking my hoop up again and again… and in life nothing ever came easy so I was used to the struggle and I was used to having to keep trying… and the harder we work the luckier we get 😜💪🏽❤️ well done!!! Keep celebrating all the improvements! Some days they may feel small but they do add up! They contribute to amazing success and results and you are super deserving 🙏🏾🙌👌🏾💪🏽🏅❤️❤️❤️
Very well done for trying it together!!! That makes it even more fun when we are not struggling alone but have a great company for an amazing giggle. 🏆🎖️🥇I hope you’re feeling victorious now and managed to keep it going ❤️ it sometimes takes a few tries sometimes a few days of trying… a bit like riding a bicycle… some learn instantly, some take a little practice but eventually you get so good at it, you will never forget and you can pick it up even years later and your body will remember 💪🏽🏆 it is a fantastic toy for boosting coordination and will improve all movement skills 🫶🏼💋❤️ so it comes with lots of benefits 🙏🏾 enjoy them all ❤️❤️❤️
Whoop whoop ❤️❤️❤️ so glad this was useful 💋 thank you for letting me know 🙏🏾 means a lot to me 🫶🏼 My name is Beata, too! Originally I’m from Hungary but all my adult life I’d spent in the UK & travelling for work. Currently I live in Latvia because since I had my daughter I felt it’s important to raise her with a sense of stability so I stopped going all over the place to help her feel at home somewhere…. Where are you from? Poland 🇵🇱?
I have tried many times but failed miserably. After watching this video, I think I failed because I wiggled my whole body instead of just the waist 😅. This video is very helpful. I am going to try again. Thank you.
You’re very welcome ❤️ well done for not giving up! 💪🏽 I always like to say that hooping is just like when you’re learning to ride a bike… 🚲 everybody with arms and legs can learn to ride one… and some get on a bike for the first time and almost instantly can do it! Some take a little longer - maybe a few days trying before they can ride confidently … but so many people who try: they all manage to conquer it as long as they don’t give up. So as long as you keep trying: your body will figure it out and even in your sleep your nervous system will be processing the information it collects. It’s your sensory neurones that collect the information as you keep trying… they are collecting it, processing it and then the motor neurones need to figure out how to work together fast enough in harmony. That happens in your nervous system and it is going to happen only if you give it a try for a few minutes every day. I felt hopeless when I started but still just kept trying and what helped I think is personality…: Some people have things easy all their lives and they don’t do well if something is hard… so I met people who gave up after a few tries and never ever gave it another go. I, on the other hand, always was used to struggle. For me things didn’t come easy. To have to try again and to not be instantly good at something was not new. If you’re used to putting effort into things and not immediately always be victorious then you conquer this, darling! You’ve got all it takes! It’s ok to struggle! I had struggled with lots of things over my lifetime and they all helped me become more resilient and find more joy in life! Because when we are finally able to do something we never could: it is a wonderful sense of accomplishment! Such a rewarding feeling! Believe in yourself and all your efforts will keep showering you with rewards because you are deserving 🫶🏼❤️🏆👌🏾💋💋💋💋
Congratulations 🙌🥳💐 enjoy your fit new hoopy chapter! Keep playing epic tunes, wiggle joyfully and discover all the amazing skills your body is capable of if you give it the attention it deserves ❤️ happy hooping ❤️
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper 🥰 Yes I did. I’ve no rush though. I am taking it slowly. Staying physically active is my main goal. And Hula Hoop turns out to be a great choice for me since I don’t get enough time for gym and it doesn’t make any sounds for my neighbour below like treadmill or jumping rope. 🙂
@ same! No time for gym - for me to get to the gym and come back would take as much time as I have available for a workout… I could go there and would have to rush home… life is busy and hooping is super helpful because we can get proper fit even from home, no need to go places 💪🏽 enjoy the journey & I hope you achieve all your dreams and goals 💖💖💖💋
If it is staying up even a little: I hope you’re smiling ear to ear doing your happy dance ❤️💋 every time you try you get fitter and it shall feel easier and it keeps bringing you exciting amazing rewards for all your efforts 🫶🏼❤️🙏🏾👌🏾 if it’s not staying up well yet: never give up! You’ve got all it takes! Try - let your nervous system process it all while you rest, then try again - rest, process… try again! It will stay up fine, don’t you worry! You’ll be super amazing at it!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much Bee! The tip to concentrate the whole movement on thrusting /pushing the sock just did the trick (cracked the code 😃), thank you so much 🙌🎉 ⭕️🌸
You’re so welcome! It is such a simple trick really that helps anyone to understand how to generate momentum. It takes power and power is something we rarely use in a normal sedentary lifestyle. Even those who workout often won’t do power exercises! But hooping requires power. And this simple trick with the sock I think helps us all so it clicks. When I started hooping I was clueless and took a while to figure out how to even keep it up around my waist… so I know what it’s like when someone needs some tricks and help to make progress. I hope you’re experiencing lots of victories and discoveries and your energy levels increase with every hoop workout and your love for your body grows immensely. So much fun you can have with that gorgeous body of yours if you learn a bit more about it. Have an amazing weekend, Gorgeous 💋💋💋🫶🏼❤️☀️
I am having too much fun with thumbnails 🤣 not like if I knew what I am doing... but just taking silly pictures, playing around, having fun... just like hooping 🤣 there are so many ways to giggle each day, to find reasons to smile, to play. Keep it light, playful & just have fun all day whatever you do 💗
Hi,Bee,you described hooping to a t. Even if it drops, just keep going. It took me a lot longer to get the hang of hooping, but now I can. I really enjoy it!!
well done!!! determination always pays off - as long as we keep trying & not give up: it can only get better, right? 💗 many people do give up if things do not happen instantly and hopefully this video will help them. Check you out, how amazing you are, even though it took a lot longer for you, still you persisted. You're my kind of girl, I, too just carry on doing things even when it looks hopeless and there's no instant rewards. Most things were always hard work for me, I'd never been that person who tries something and always succeeds from the start... I have forever been more used to struggles and failure and that sort of taught me that it is normal to not get things instantly, it is ok to not be gifted - it is ok if I have to work for things. It always feel better anyway when we can achieve something after a bit of effort: I think we appreciate it more 💗 when I first managed to keep up my hoop around my waist it felt like I won the olympics because I was trying for so long & it was so much effort 🤣
at school we were all smaller and a small hoop was not a huge challenge... with a bigger grown-up body a kids hoop is not that easy to keep going... maybe if you try a hoop that is slightly larger and heavier: you will again be victorious & unstoppable 💪🏆💗 never give up 💪 you've still got it 💗🫶
I'm really impressed by your elegance and goofiness and the beautiful combination of them both and the effect they give over this tutorial. I love it and will definitely give it a try as soon as I'm done with this ciorbă 😄 Thank you!
Brilliant practical demonstration, along with a generous amount of self-confidence, excellent job, Madame! I would say "Hooping is Believing, Believing is Hooping", thank you very much for this video! 👌👋💫
Thank you 🙏 I am 100% sure about that! Before hooping I never really had good coordination and struggled with most workouts and sports. Hooping made it interesting for me to concentrate on moving my body & where attention goes energy flows 🫶 so I got fitter and more skilled - since I started hooping - it was like I received a magic wand: whatever I try, it feels easy and I am fairly good at it... in the past I felt like I am just hopeless and doomed... Probably we all just need 1 thing! to fall in love wih 1 activity that helps our development and then that boosts our body awareness, spatial awareness, balance, etc. and those skills will help us perform well at a lot of other things 💗 have fun moving your body & playing and making epic discoveries about all the things you can achieve 🫶🏆

Keep trying, Beautiful ❤️ it is rare that someone picks up a hoop and it stays up just effortlessly and without falling… usually we all drop it and it does not feel easy! And that is why it’s amazing! Because it makes you focus on yourself and pushes you to work hard and activate muscles ❤️ this is what makes it an effective workout: that it is not easy… once it stays up effortlessly, remember to try different moves. If we want to look and feel and stay the same: we can carry on with what is easy and effortless. But if we want to change, if we desire improvement: we need to keep it challenging. That’s how life works really, not just exercise. If we don’t want a change and we are happy with how things are: we can forever repeat and do what is easy and we shall receive the same outcome at all times 💪🏽 but if we want better and desire progress and change: we need to sweat a little. So that is all you need to remember for hooping to work for you, too: sweat a little and your rewards that you receive are beyond your imagination! You’ll get fit, you’ll feel confident and playful and creative & irresistible! You’ll fall madly in love with exercise but also every single part of your body you’ll adore 🫶🏼💋 enjoy your wonderful fit & powerful new chapter ✨ so much fun is coming your way ✨✨✨❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi this video is so amazing… I loved it … I want to ask you that is the hoola hoop is plastic or any other material you have used ? Please mention …it will be helpful for me
Thank you 🙏 I hope it helped and you're hula hooping happily with a big smile on your face 😄 I use all kinds of hula hoops and I think using different hoops makes it a fun challenge - different hoops offer different benefits. At all times the inside diameter of my hoops is 32" and the material: I use 20mm HDPE hoops or wooden. But for beginners I recommend 25mm thick HDPE hoops - I think they are most helpful when learning. My wooden hoops were made in Germany - those I do not recommend for beginners because they are very firm. So they may hurt or bruise more than plastic. They are not at all heavier than plastic - they weigh the same as a 25mm HDPE hoop would. It is the firmness and the shape that makes them slightly painful for beginners. But once someone had been hooping with plastic hoops for a while, usually that results in stronger connective tissue, then it doesn't hurt to use wooden. When people start hooping usually they get bruised easily because their connective tissue has not been stimulated before and remained weak. Hooping beats the body up a bit as the hoop travels on the body: it applies pressure on the skin. If the hoop travels over bony areas, then it bruises even more. These bruises will heal and the body will increase the density and quality of the connective tissue - that makes the skin firmer over time. The wooden hoop helps to increase the firmness of the skin even more. But I would definitely not recommend a beginner to start with a wooden hoop. I would start with plastic and when that has trained the connective tissue, I would then progress to wooden. I hope it helps 💗
Thank you, Darling 🙏🏾 your kind words mean a lot to me 🫶🏼❤️ now keep your hoop spinning, grab every opportunity to wiggle 😜 play cool tunes & party with your cool skill toy ❤️🫶🏼 I hope it brings you as much joy as it brought into my life 💋❤️💝
Are you feeling victorious? managed to keep your hoop going? never give up if it is still a bit of a struggle, your nervous system is figuring it out - calibrating - every time you try it and give it your best shot: you are getting there. Rest, move on & when feeling fresh: try again. One day it will feel super easy 💗 you've got all it takes 💋
Wow!!!! That is phenomenal!!! Maybe it’s a cool idea to check all the records and see if you can beat them. I used to run hula hoop workshops and circus days and events where I was hooping and teaching others to hoop for 6-8 hours… every day… and then I did my own workout and went on to stage to perform…. But I am a tried mum now, after working at a desk all day I do the dishes, cook, walk the dog, fold the laundry & squeeze in my hoop workout around it. Life changed. But you have your whole life ahead of you and if you’re not a mum: you have freedom to decide what you want to do with your days and hours ❤️❤️❤️ use that freedom and go for a fun challenge and conquer epic goals and show to whole world what you can do ❤️❤️❤️ all it takes is believing in yourself 🫶🏼💋❤️
You’re amazing 🤩 now what you need to do is rest, recover and try again ❤️ you’ll be surprised how quickly your body figures it out and how amazingly fit you become ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨ well done 💋💋💋🍾🥳🌸

There are I think three ways to thrust. Hip hinging, spinal flexion, and internal/external rotation of the femur. Do you use all them? Equally? Are there are other ways?
I spin a hoop on the floor while standing or kneeling or sitting or upside down or with 1 leg forward or balancing on 1 leg.... the way you keep a hoop spinning depends on what you've got available and what you can move. So it depends on the move & the position & if you have any inhibition. I do all. Best is to do it all I think for variety. I do not like doing something 1 way only - that is the best recipe for overuse injuries... variety is the secret sauce. lots of it 💗
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper Thank you for your response. "Variety is the secret sauce"? I would like to suggest that there is another less varied secret sauce. I have a theory that I would like to run by you. Please ignore or stop reading part way if you find this offensive. It seems to me that certain exercises (hoola, The Twist, golf) are particularly rejuvenating because they resemble the movements made during sexual intercourse, and that there may be a good evolutionary reason for this. In this your excellent video you mention "hormones" and "thrusting". I wonder if it had occurred to you also that the rejuvenating effect of hoopla hoop may have something to do with this possible (or perhaps bogus) connection?
@@tekisutoesl3660 I do actually mention this in some of my videos. E.g. what can hula hooping do to your body? ruclips.net/video/1StBbH28I2I/видео.html i do believe that sometimes relationships go flat and people lose their libido because of lack of circulation in the pelvic area and lack of stimulation… most people sit all day, deprive their organs of nutrition and blood, just nothing moving… and usually once people start hooping, somehow they all get pregnant or their relationship improves, they find their lost “spark”, they suddenly feel more confident and playful and they feel more “interested”…. It is not by accident. Where attention goes energy flows…
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooperThank you. I hope you won't mind my quoting you. I don't suppose I will complete it but I am trying to write a book about the rejuvenating benefits of certain exercises. Thanks again.
Beeee i have temporarily moved to an apartment so tiny that i cant even hoop! It's like o can't breath!! Luckily should only be a temporary thing... I hope so!!!!
in that case let's manifest like a beast. Let's together put out a wish to the Universe - let's visualise, let's keep eyes open to see opportunities 💗 it may take a few days but there will be windows of opportunities for you to notice that make it possible for you to comfortably hula hoop. You cannot see them now because you have not been looking. Now you'll be looking with different eyes because you put this desire out there. And BANG! it will just happen effortlessly and it will be the best space you've ever had access to for hooping and it will feel like Christmas even more, every time you can hoop there will feel like a party, a blessing, abundance! I truly believe in this! Our flat is tiny & for a long time I had my own pity party - not even a gym in the area at all! not like if I could afford it... but even if I was able to pay for a membership at a gym: there isn't one. No dance studio, no hall, nothing. Our flat is diddy & if we keep furniture and use the flat as a regular home: I would not be hooping. I'd let this hold me back for ages. then I started getting rid of stuff. Our place looks like we haven't yet moved in 🤣 it is super not the average looking home for sure... we don't have items that probably everyone else has at home... but I made space! we have space! we sit on the floor to eat... but it's worth it 🤣 so although I was conditioned to have stuff because that is what's normal but in desperation I changed it all and it feels like abundance of space, liberation from stuff... people may judge me... what kind of a mother I am, making my kid sit with me on the floor and not having a table or sofa and things like that... but this is how I could make it work. It is even better than having access to a dance studio. I would have to keep my eyes on a timetable for availability... I would have to waste time getting there... but at home it is 24/7 availability & no need to go anywhere... so I think once you start looking: you shall see! there will be something coming up that is better than you can imagine at the moment!
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper Your answers are so inspiring.. yes!! Lets get rid of stuff that only hold you back and you think you own them but they end up owning you! (eg, you refrain from doing things because it might damage the furniture or, now I dont have space) You are right. I am going to OPEN my eyes and really open them... stop the pity party! @@BeeVargaTheHulahooper thank you!! I hope your day is awesome too! I will continue to push through, I am only in the beginning, your videos are helpful, I was very frustrated before finding your channel
Do not give up, Gorgeous! Maybe you just need to let your body rest, recover and try again! our nervous system is pretty genius! we present it with a task and it collects the information through sensory nerurons - those bits of information we need to process... that may take a day! maybe you need some sleep over it! your brain will come up with other ways to try and some will work and some will not. What does not work, your body will eliminate in this journey. We sometimes have to try all the wrong ways to do something in order to figure out the right way! So sleep & repeat! Then if the next day is still not victory yet: at least you tried again, collected more information for your nervous system and then sleep - overnight there will be lots going on in your brain and it will help you to relax into the movement, it will feel less alien, it will just soon feel ridiculously easy and you will hula hoop like you've been doing this all your life 💗
Thank you 🙏🏾 if the hoop ever drops, never worry, just try again, sometimes it’s the hoop’s fault and it just takes a couple of tries and we all figure it out eventually. You’ve got all it takes! 💋 Soon it will feel too easy and you’ll be ready to conquer brand new challenges. Have a wonderful day 🫶🏼❤️
Thank you for the excellent helpful input. If you have time to watch the video one day, that is exactly what I’m talking about in this video at 3:02 🙏🏾🫶🏼❤️ happy hooping ❤️
I felt the same when I started but I just made that decision that of course I cannot do it if I never learnt how to… it was a skill and took me days to even learn to relax and feel when the hoop is touching and figure out the tempo and learn to push harder… it wasn’t easy first but focusing on yourself comes with amazing benefits. Just a few minutes a day, some happy songs, focus on your sensations and feel your body and where attention goes energy flows… you’ll see you’ve got all it takes, just got to believe in yourself 🙌🙏🏾❤️ that’s is the hardest part. After that you’ll victoriously be learning move after move & get your whole body super skilled and fit and full of energy ❤️❤️❤️
Hah! You know what, Drex! My daughter is the same age as you!!! She keeps moaning to me about everything being hard 🤣 I’m so happy you’re giving this a go!!!! I so with you could hang out here with us, with my daughter & I! It would be such a giggle ❤️❤️ well done & lots of love to you 💋💋💋
Thank You, Sarah 💗 sometimes I giggle because people tell me: "wow your shoulders look wide..." then I reply: " no, they don't look wide, they ARE WIDE" 🤣 it is volume really - when we use hula hooping for hypertrophy, it is just as effective at putting lean muscle on us as weight lifting. But hooping is a lot better for the joints. It has not really been super important for me before to put muscle on but after I had my daughter and my skin was stretched out from pregnancy: I did not like the soft stretched skin much. Through hooping: Strengthening my connective tissue and adding lean muscle helped to give that abused skin an organic lift. I am also over 40 and I know that as we age, it is harder to put on muscle but we so need it not just for appearance but wellness! It helps preventing osteoporosis, it aids in keeping blood sugar levels at an optimal range & it boosts metabolism. So muscle is super good for us 💗 My hair is just practical really. Since my daughter was born, I've been a working single mother and I provide full time care, too... so not much time to sit around at the hairdressers... for that I would need to hire babysitting and drive etc. by doing my own hair at home I have more time to hoop & my daughter can hang out with me 🤪 Wishing you a magical, prosperous & abundant new year full of creativity, joy & health, Darling! 💋
You rock! Well done!!! I hope you catch everyone you can to show off your epic new skill 💪🏽💪🏽❤️❤️❤️ next you could conquer a move with Minka ( she was 8 years old here, now she’s 9!🥳) and she is showing you a cool move called the playground skip! You will probably be ridiculously awesome! You’re probably fitter than most adults. Have fun 💋💋💋
Play some uplifting happy songs and try again tomorrow. Our brain can figure it all out if we give it a chance 💖 you’ve got all it takes ❤️❤️❤️ believe and you’re halfway there 🫶🏼😂💋💐

@@effezara9971 thank you 🙏🏾 exactly, this video is meant for beginners and I was trying my best to give all the information I could to help ❤️ happy hooping 💋🫶🏼❤️
You made my day, Gorgeous Michelle ❤️❤️❤️
I hope you all have a great giggle and enjoy time together and re-discovering the joy of play ❤️
In the UK I used to be invited to retirement homes to perform and let the residents try some move.
Fingers crossed i will be able to enjoy hula hooping once again 😊
Many thanks ❤
I just got a hula hoop and your video really helped me out. It went from falling after a few seconds to staying up for minutes. Thank you
Glad it helped!
A friend just gave me as a gift a hula hula, and I m just starting, and this is the best video with good tips for beginners. Thank so much 🤗

THANKYOU for the video!
Very well done for trying it together!!! That makes it even more fun when we are not struggling alone but have a great company for an amazing giggle.
🏆🎖️🥇I hope you’re feeling victorious now and managed to keep it going ❤️
it sometimes takes a few tries sometimes a few days of trying… a bit like riding a bicycle… some learn instantly, some take a little practice but eventually you get so good at it, you will never forget and you can pick it up even years later and your body will remember 💪🏽🏆
it is a fantastic toy for boosting coordination and will improve all movement skills 🫶🏼💋❤️ so it comes with lots of benefits 🙏🏾 enjoy them all ❤️❤️❤️
Even tho I already know how to hula hoop this video gave me a lot of tips!
Whoop whoop ❤️❤️❤️ so glad this was useful 💋 thank you for letting me know 🙏🏾 means a lot to me 🫶🏼
My name is Beata, too!
I always like to say that hooping is just like when you’re learning to ride a bike… 🚲
everybody with arms and legs can learn to ride one… and some get on a bike for the first time and almost instantly can do it!
I felt hopeless when I started but still just kept trying and what helped I think is personality…:
Some people have things easy all their lives and they don’t do well if something is hard… so I met people who gave up after a few tries and never ever gave it another go.
Coool, thanks. ♥️ This was the first video that really helped!!!! From dropping to spinning in no time 🤗
Congratulations 🙌🥳💐 enjoy your fit new hoopy chapter!

@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper 🥰 Thanks!
Bee, thaaaanks sooo much for such an amazing explanation how to hula hoop❣💕💕💕
How can I not just SMILE from the video caption picture you used for this video! Excited to hoop to this one later in the morning. 🥰
I use to eat the girlies up in the hula hoop competitions at school and now i can’t even keep it going for more than 5 seconds
at school we were all smaller and a small hoop was not a huge challenge... with a bigger grown-up body a kids hoop is not that easy to keep going... maybe if you try a hoop that is slightly larger and heavier: you will again be victorious & unstoppable 💪🏆💗 never give up 💪 you've still got it 💗🫶

Fantastic 👏🙌✨🏅🥳 this is the perfect mindset! Try and try again! That is what gives our bodies the opportunities to figure things out and feel victorious 🏆✨🙌 keep thriving and winning & well done ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks to one of your other basic hooping videos, today I broke through from 100 max to 200 spins. Since I can't find that video now, I'm commenting here instead.
Just after making that comment I tried again and did 260 spins. Rapid progress!
Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 soon you can do so many spins you will never count again. You just dance and wiggle and move around joyfully to your favourite tunes and feel unstoppable! Nothing to hold you back now! You've got this 💪🏆🫶👌💖💖💖
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper Thanks. 300 spins last night and I look forward to not counting.
@@julianclegg1922 YOU HAVE PHENOMENAL WORK ETHIC! Look at you still going and focusing on gains and steps forward and improvements!!!! "The harder we work the luckier we get" - you & I, we have very very similar mindsets! Every day I keep trying my best - if we look at my results each day: they are not wild and sensational but there is always a bit of improvement! That is what keeps me going and puts a spring in my step! Because these small daily improvements ADD UP!!!!! They contribute to big milestones and achievements as long as we consistently keep showing up! ✨ That is where the magic happens 🪄 Keep going! I AM VERY HAPPY FOR YOU 🏆🫵🥇
Hi this video is so amazing… I loved it … I want to ask you that is the hoola hoop is plastic or any other material you have used ? Please mention …it will be helpful for me
Thank you 🙏 I hope it helped and you're hula hooping happily with a big smile on your face 😄
I use all kinds of hula hoops and I think using different hoops makes it a fun challenge - different hoops offer different benefits.
I had a same question. Thanks a lot🙏
I am going to try.
You’ll be amazing 👌🏾💖 believe in yourself & you’re halfway there 💪🏽💖 you’ve got all it takes 💋🫶🏼
You are so cool . Thanks you so much. This Video helped me a lot. Also you are very good with explaining while beeing entertaining. Thx.
Thank you, Darling 🙏🏾 your kind words mean a lot to me 🫶🏼❤️ now keep your hoop spinning, grab every opportunity to wiggle 😜 play cool tunes & party with your cool skill toy ❤️🫶🏼 I hope it brings you as much joy as it brought into my life 💋❤️💝
Thank you, your tips are convincing ❤🔥
Are you feeling victorious? managed to keep your hoop going? never give up if it is still a bit of a struggle, your nervous system is figuring it out - calibrating - every time you try it and give it your best shot: you are getting there. Rest, move on & when feeling fresh: try again. One day it will feel super easy 💗 you've got all it takes 💋
This helped my daughter thank you❤
Whoop whoop 🙌👌🏾🫶🏼 so glad it was helpful 💝💋 thank you for letting me know ❤️ now I wish her lots of happy hooping 🥰
Bee, Can You Do The World Record Of Hula Hoops?
I Did It For 3 hours
Omgoodness you’re the best lol I can do it… I lasted 10 sec it’s the little things hehe took about 30 min to try ❤
You’re amazing 🤩 now what you need to do is rest, recover and try again ❤️ you’ll be surprised how quickly your body figures it out and how amazingly fit you become ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨ well done 💋💋💋🍾🥳🌸
@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper will do thank you ☺️
After this video I know that I never knew nothing about lol. Anyway you are simply stunning ❤
Thank you 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️ I hope you’re hooping happily and feeling super inspired and already pumped about all the amazing things you’re going to achieve ❤️💋🫶🏼💪🏽
@@TimothyTakemotofeel free to use all you can find from me 👌🏾 have fun, good luck ❤❤❤
Thanks for your kind words.. ps. you are an amazing mom!! How many kids wish their moms were more busy with creating space for fun than taking care of *ugh* furniture!!?
Thank you for teaching me

@@BeeVargaTheHulahooper thank you!! I hope your day is awesome too! I will continue to push through, I am only in the beginning, your videos are helpful, I was very frustrated before finding your channel
😢 it didn't work out in my way 😭😭😭 I can't do it
Do not give up, Gorgeous! Then if the next day is still not victory yet: at least you tried again, collected more information for your nervous system and then sleep - overnight there will be lots going on in your brain and it will help you to relax into the movement, it will feel less alien, it will just soon feel ridiculously easy and you will hula hoop like you've been doing this all your life 💗
Good❤
Thank you 🙏🏾 if the hoop ever drops, never worry, just try again, sometimes it’s the hoop’s fault and it just takes a couple of tries and we all figure it out eventually. You’ve got all it takes! 💋 Soon it will feel too easy and you’ll be ready to conquer brand new challenges. Have a wonderful day 🫶🏼❤️
first, you need the right size hoop.
Thank you for the excellent helpful input. If you have time to watch the video one day, that is exactly what I’m talking about in this video at 3:02 🙏🏾🫶🏼❤️ happy hooping ❤️
مرا مفيد المقطع حقك احبه مرا لكن ماعرفت كيف اسويه يمكن عشان نوع الخاص فيني سيء
I hope you’re having fun trying hula hooping and you learn lots of amazing things while playing ❤️ enjoy 💋🌹🫶🏼
Spin, spin, fall, repeat, fail, give up. Not something my body can do.
Bee, im trying your tutorials but its hard im only 9 Yeard old kid
Hah! You know what, Drex! My daughter is the same age as you!!! She keeps moaning to me about everything being hard 🤣 I’m so happy you’re giving this a go!!!! I so with you could hang out here with us, with my daughter & I! It would be such a giggle ❤️❤️ well done & lots of love to you 💋💋💋
Bee, I Kept Watching Then I Did It ᕙ(*•̀ᗜ•́*)ᕗ
god your arms are so muscular and i love your hair
Thank You, Sarah 💗 sometimes I giggle because people tell me: "wow your shoulders look wide..."
then I reply: " no, they don't look wide, they ARE WIDE" 🤣
it is volume really - when we use hula hooping for hypertrophy, it is just as effective at putting lean muscle on us as weight lifting.
So muscle is super good for us 💗
My hair is just practical really. Since my daughter was born, I've been a working single mother and I provide full time care, too... so not much time to sit around at the hairdressers... for that I would need to hire babysitting and drive etc. by doing my own hair at home I have more time to hoop & my daughter can hang out with me 🤪
Wishing you a magical, prosperous & abundant new year full of creativity, joy & health, Darling! 💋
