- Hi Everyone, today we will be doing Yoga for a Healthy Gut. It is said - a healthy gut means a healthy mind & body. A disturbed digestive system can lead to many issues like bloating constipation, headaches, hormonal imbalance, skin conditions, etc. While of course eating a healthy and balanced diet is key to gut health, Yoga is also a great way to keep the digestive system healthy through stress reduction, gentle exercise and in aiding digestion.

Hi everyone. I was suffering with severe acidity that was also causing breathing issues. For almost 3 months I had a very tough time and lost weight because I could barely eat anything. None of the western medications were working and I was almost close to getting an endoscopy. Within 1 week of doing this yoga practice my issues disappeared like they never existed. Yoga truly is a medicine and I have come to believe it should be a way of life. Thank you Bharathi for this gem and God bless you to healing many other people!

My digestive system is not able to produce digestive enzymes properly ( like HCL etc) and this creating gas in my stomatch and it is very painfull. Please someone tell me, if these yoga will help me or not. Please tell me right now I am in so much pain.
See your gastroenterologist. Ask him/her if it could be EPI. Just a thought.
