  • According to Ayurveda, the root cause of all disorders lies in poor digestion. If you have stomach or intestine related issues, this practice should help you in stimulating and improving your overall digestive system. The focus of the practice is going to gently massing and stretching the abdominal organs . We will end the practice with Agnisar Kriya to stimulate the Digestive Fire.
    Once you are ready, let's hop on to the mat and get going.

    I think that Agnisar kriya is also called as vaccum in English….

      Hi, no. You should have at least 3-4 hours of gap after food to practice yoga in general.
