- According to Ayurveda, the root cause of all disorders lies in poor digestion. If you have stomach or intestine related issues, this practice should help you in stimulating and improving your overall digestive system. The focus of the practice is going to gently massing and stretching the abdominal organs . We will end the practice with Agnisar Kriya to stimulate the Digestive Fire.
