This is a gentle 15 mins yoga practice perfect for unwinding & relaxing at the end of a work day or before bedtime.
You do not need any props for. Once you are ready, lets hop onto the mat and get going!

Hi Geetansh, yes you can. It is just a relaxing practice so more appropriate for the end of the day when you want to wind down but there is absolutely no harm in practicing this in the morning as well if you want something more gentle.

Hi Shreyasi, You should have a gap of at least 3-4 hours after any meal to practice yoga. :)

Hi, it's ok to take a small cup about 30 mins before the practice.
