4 pm se 8 pm k beech mei kabhi bhi, khana khane k 2 ghante baad kar sakte hain
Mam fit rahene ke liye ye kar sakte hai kya face ke liye
Fitness k liye kar sakte hainMaine kuch fast paced sequences bhi upload kiye hain, ek playlist hai, aap wo practice kariye
क्या दोपर खाना खाने के कितने घंटे बाद योगा करना चाहिए
minimum 2 ghate ka gap hona chahiye
Kya sam ka yog faydemand nhi hota keyoki jyda time evening me milta h plz advice
hota hai fayda par shaam ka abhyas light hota hai. zyada poses relaxing hote hain . Sunset k time body relaxing state mei jaati hai.
My Back pain increased and went from worse to bad after doing this...never going to do this again.
Why did you practice this one for backpain ?This is evening yoga practice For backpain I have created separate videos.
You are not supposed to do forward bends for backpain, they will worsen the condition
