    2.. paschimuttamasan
    3..bhastrika pranayam
    4..probiotic food.. curd. Kimchi etc
    5.. fruit diet once a month.. during this time avoid tea coffee .. veg soup in evening.. plenty of water..
    No heavy exercise or work..

      Gastrics. I am very well experienced. Ginger cut into little slices with warm water. Apple Cider vinegar in water is also good. Ajawain and somf are also very good in water.
      Activated charcoal is also very helpful. If you're looking at exercises to do. Kapalbhati and Anolum vilom are very good. May thy lord heal you because gastrics problem Can be painful 🤧

      Hi, prepare rasam like Tamil people made, and fry asafatodia in oil pour it in rasam quickly. Pour rasam in rice and eat it or u can drink rasam after food . One week try this.

      Namaste. Dried figs have higher sugar content compared to fresh figs because the drying process concentrates their natural sugars. Fresh figs are better than dried ones. You can opt for dried figs in case the fresh ones are not available
