@@Someone59339don't count seconds count deep breaths 3 to 5 if begginer 10 counts if you have been practicing for a long time and if you want to meditate in the perticular posture then as per your convenience... just always remember don't hold your breath except for any perticular posture or breathing practice 😊
I do all that for decades. I have yoga certification from India. Doesn’t do a thing if one has real problems. And the exact same postures can be done in a simpler way. But these are correct.

Those yoga exercises have helped me a lot and when a patient tells you if something is helping then it is beneficial. Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches.
First , improve digestion by eating Fennel seed + Gud or misri after each meal . Second thing , Drink plenty of water the whole day . Third, Eat guava after dinner ( ripped one ) . Fourth , eat less than hunger. Five , avoid stress
