Very interesting! Started with enough pain that I thought there was no way tonight was the night to start this. By the end of the ten minutes, I felt a light-headed openness, moisture in the mouth, and fire in the belly. It felt especially odd to push out--something totally new for me.
I have been struggling with my gut for over a year now and I've been so depressed and resentful towards it. As soon as I started the mantra "I love you my intestines", I started crying and even after, I still haven't stopped. I am feeling a huge wave of sorrow for being so rough and impatient with it when it's going through so much, and I felt a wave of forgiveness. I really connected with my intestines. Thank you.

I just put my headphones on and listen to your sweet voice, it is comforting in itself, and just follow your belly rises and coming down. I tried this last night. I've had digestion issues since a polio jab. Decades of issues... I woke up this morning and evacuated healthily. I think there was a lot of residual stuff hanging around. My bowel feel clean in way it used to. I'll be keeping this up. I'm in less pain that usual too

I like this exercise for relieving pain in my gastro due to IBS. Anyone has gastro problem should try this exercise. Even if you have anxiety, can cause muscle cramp in your tummy. This also helps. Thanks again Linda for your great routine. God bless you.❤

I've heard it said it can take at least 2 weeks to a month to start to feel the benefits and improvements. As you do it you can easily build up to doing more. I think in this video she maybe did less than 100. 100 would be a good goal doing 1 about ever 1 second. Then when you are ok with 100 move up to 300. That should only take 5 minutes. One every second times 300 is exactly 5 minutes. That would be a good goal. In more advanced practice they do 1,000 a day every day! That takes about 20 minutes. Some people do it in smaller sets.

5 years ago I was also feeling so poorly and having drenching night sweats. Just miserable. Was tentatively diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Eventually turned out I had an easily treatable intestinal parasite called Strongyloides. Good luck!!

Hello Ella, I don't recommend doing it lying down. It won't be easy to pull your abdomen in and out and breathe comfortably when you're lying down. It's much easier sitting or standing up!
Hey Kristianne, yes no problem! I do it on my period too to relieve cramps. At first I was worried it might make me bleed more or cause more problems, but it actually helps circulation there and my bleeding wasn't affected by it. 👍🏼
Do it gently and listen to your body, increasing the intensity little by little. Lower back ache can happen if you have tight muscles in your back. If the pain persists or worsens, it’s best to consult your doctor. Take care! 🙏

Hey Nagamani, in the morning on an empty stomach is a great idea. Your intestines are the most active during the morning is stimulating then would be great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
My hands not sweaty, no warm feet, not feeling cold & saliva but I keep on burping while doing this. Is it normal Please, enlighten me. Most of the time I burp even not doing any exercise like this.
