    4 years later and I just found this. THIS IS INCREDIBLE! I cried, I released and I feel so much lighter. I have never known how to deal with anger until now. Thank you so much for this ❤

    I immediately started crying until the end. I felt a tingling sensation in my nose. All my blood was moving. It was amazing! THANK YOU

    Dealt with my dad's dimentia for three years and then my mom died 2 months ago from cancer and then a month later my dad passed. Now because of my severe ADHD I have moments of extreme rage. After doing this the first time i felt different. I'm going to continue this practice.. thanks so much ❤️

    I´ve had a pressure in my chest the whole day. Thought it was anxiety. Felt tired and suddnely SO angry! Found this, tapped so hard on the spot on my chest, and afterwards I started to cry. Felt amazing to loose that feeling and pressure! Amazing! Thank you so much!

      It took me a while to find what works for me to release my anger and rage also. If you feel called to try other practices out, pillow hitting meditation (in conscious way) and dance naked in dark/candle lit room work wonder for me. I love dancing with the beautiful track of Vylana Marcus’s, it’s called PHOENIX ❤

    Usually I'm not an angry person, I let it go fast, but this time I had to get it out.
    During and after this exercise, I started to yawn and burp I feel so much better. And point on my heart and my belly suddenly are not painful at all. Thank you for this exercise. ❤

      If you say you’re not an angry person you probably have a problem with anger. I didn’t think I was angry but it turns out I was fucking raging

    Thank you, Linda, for the exercise. I was not angry today, but there was a lot of it in the past. Started crying right at the beginning and continued throughout. Now I feel very nauseous, and it is not going away. I take it as a good sign of a shift.

    This was really good, thank you! Someone in my extended circle just really angered me and I tend to carry my anger because I'm not able to talk to them as they are useless communicator. This helped a lot, I woke up feeling anger towards them but I was feeling light and tired after this. 🙏🏼

    I had a really rough start to my morning and I was worried there'd be a cloud above me the whole day. I'm not really a "meditation person" but I desperately searched for an anger-related meditation and came across this. I'm just amazed at the difference it made. It's especially helpful because it combined not just a mental aspect but a physical one. Thank you so much!!

    This released my anger but also a lot of tears from the relief. T_T Especially hearing and repeating those words at the end. "Your emotions are not you, they are yours. You did a great job." So many people have gone their whole lives carrying so much emotional weight. It's really exhausting. But these days I'm really trying to rewire my thinking and reparent myself. It gives me a lot of hope. Thank you :)

    Thank you for sharing this. Yesterday, i was in a really bad inner situation. I felt so much pain in my lungs and as if my heart was burning. So i did this exercise at night, i experienced so much relief and went to sleep. I slept very well. When i woke up, i was feeling waay better. So i chose to do it this night too, so as to get that relief and good sleep again.
    P.s. i recommend to express those emotions with other ways too. For example, telling about them to someone or writing them. Even meditating can help. I am using all of them in order to get good results.
    When you just bit yourself up everday and try to get rid of emotions while not caring about the message they are sending to you, it won't lead you to results

    I had a really rough morning, and nothing seemed to be going right. I woke up to severe neck pain, my partner accidentally threw away my contacts, I was fighting over text with my brother... and I was ready to submit to my anger and let that color the rest of my day.
    I started crying within the first 5 minutes and I feel ready to move forward with purpose. Thank you so so much, I've never been able to make peace like this.

    Before i started i thought it was anger, like a huge ball of anger. After i started, i realised it was a lot of pain. The anger is gone, i just need to now work on the pain. Thank you

    I am so grateful I came across this video. It was so helpful to me right now because I had an altercation with the next door neighbor a few hours ago. I have a heart condition, a minor blockage in one artery and the doctor told me to avoid stress, sadness and anger so I will not have any chest pain. I was having chest pain even though I took my meds and I was searching on how to release anger and this is the effective video so far. Now my chest pain have subsided. I need to this 2x and longer . Thank you for sharing this video. 🙏👏
