So after going thru all the steps my coupler was fine. I then took out the washer drain pipe and saw that there was a sock stuck in it. So I did a quick search on Amazon and ordered a new one. This video saved me time and money. Thanks

Thank you so very much for this video! Found the part for less than $10 and now my 14 year old washing machine works like new. It was so easy I could do most of the work (just needed help getting the cabinet off and on).

Yeah! I fixed it! This model matches our washing machine. The video title matched our problem exactly. This was my first time trying to fix an appliance. I can not tell you how happy (and relieved) I was when I saw that broken coupler! And I am relieved that the washer is working fine now. Thank you!! You are awesome!

My kenmore VMW machine isn’t cleaning as well as it use to. It does hum sometimes, becomes out of balance often and won’t completely drain. Usually I readjust the load and manually set timer to spin and it will finish draining the water. Error codes say F7E6 & F7E7 so looks like motor issues.where do you recommend I start troubleshooting for a repair?
