This is a 60-Minute Well Rounded Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class for Strength & Flexibility. I recommend this balanced yoga routine for intermediate and strong beginner students.
We do minimal cues for basic poses and more instructions for pose variations and more challenging poses and sequences. Minimal cueing in some parts of the class allows you to focus more on your experience and to enjoy moments of silence.
We do a little bit of everything in this well-balanced yoga practice: standing flowing sequence, core strengthening, balance poses, twisting poses, side stretches, forward folds, backbend variations, hip opening, and relaxing floor stretches.

Hi there! It takes a lot of work to make these longer videos so I'm not able to produce them as often as I would like. There will be more for sure! Hi there! Do you mean the platform I'm using? My husband built that wooden platform for me so I can put a yoga mat down and film videos. It is difficult to practice on the grass because the ground is uneven. Hope I understood your question. :)

Maris, I love this hour long intermediate well rounded flow so much, I hope you make more. Your soothing voice and minimal cues is so wonderful. And your flows feel so fluid and intuitive while also building strength, balance and focus. Very balanced, challenging and peaceful. I really like well rounded flows that don't work up to a peak pose and just ring out and strengthen the entire body while giving mind its meditation practice.
