- My first time seeing the RV in person getting a tour from the dealer who bought this Lazy Daze from an older couple in Anaheim CA. They drove it up to Gresham near Portland and I bought it and drove it back down to SoCal where I lived in Long Beach CA. Blue retro, excellent condition, solar, new batteries, resealed roof. She’s a dreamboat!

My wife and I live in Long Beach as well. I also have been an active member of the Lazy Daze Owners group for more than 7 years. It’s a great group of Lazy Daze owners that is ready to answer any of your LD questions.

Excellent! I’ve since joined the LD Caravan Club and am on the owners group site but haven’t participated much. There are a few other LD owners in LB as well. Lurlee lives down the street from my parents!
Nice!!! I love your Lazy Daze! Im seeing this two years after the fact and watching your walk thru was good for me, because i went over mine over a month ago. Im finally bringing it home on Saturday. The young man didn’t know much about mine, so I had to fill him in. As a matter of fact neither does the inspector. Mine is also a 1999, and I so wanted green or blue!! But mine is brown. I will still love it.
Beautifully laid out RV. I don't know if he showed you where the battery disconnect is but you should find it. If you ever find yourself with a dead battery you can start it with the help of your house batteries. You tube is your friend lol.

Lazy Daze built a great class C. Your's looks great!
He says that you only need to get in to the outside refrigerator panel for maintenance. That might not be true. On our 2001 LD, behind that door is an AC outlet. Handy for situations when you need to plug in something on the passenger's side. That doesn't happen often, but it's good to know it's there.
Something only a LD owner would notice. On the glass closet door, the knob has pulled off and they replaced it with a handle. I just finished epoxying the knob back on for the second time. If it fails again, I might see if I can drill holes through the mirror like they did.
I'm neutral about adding a filter to the roof Fantastic Fan. If you put the fan in exhaust and have the dash vents set to vent, you'll get relatively dust free air. If it's hot and dusty, running the AC is the best solution
Impressed that the generator started right up. You need to run it hard at least once a month. Don't know how well that will go over in California, but that's the reality of keeping the Onan generator in good running shape.

Thank you! And I didn’t realize the handle wasn’t stock. It is attached to brackets that sit around the edge of the door and is screwed in on the back side. I wondered what that little diamond crystal was for! I thought it was decorative.

Yes, they resealed the whole roof and cleaned it up really well. I’m in love with this RV!

I love, love, love your Lazy Dayz!!! Omg! I've been looking for that special Class C to jump out at me, and this one is it! Yours is gorgeous! I researched some RV dealers in Ohio where I live,cand there's on 2. For a 31ft, 2000, they wanted $21,000. Is that a decent price?
Yes, it is. But also depends on the condition. Have an RV inspector give it a look. I overpaid for mine at $35k

Yes! I still live in it. It's been 3 years and planning to do some upgrades soon. I'm hoping to get back to making videos for this channel, but I had to create an income source that allowed me to be mobile. So, I started a new online business and getting back on the road soon. I want to hire someone to edit the videos because it was a time consuming challenge for me.
