      my friend if they were doing that bad then they weren't getting the equipment charge to do anything unless there playing something other than team death match. and people always bitch about the specialist but dont care about the borderline op ass weapons in the game like the 50 cal that dont belong in a infantry close to mid range game but no you got people 1shotting you by touching your pinky toe. The only ones i hated was the danm inviso mines ,super dog ,spawn kill launcher,and zeros ice pick most of the shit was stuff you could find in cod before but with a cool down and not getting them as you spawn or would you have preferred the went back to that? The whole reason they did the cool down thing was to avoid equip spam but after watching MW game play there is a lot of spam. flashs and nades going off every second. BO4 was not a bad game what is bad is the support that it was given. when the fans are screaming something is op fix it. it took them a whole year to nerf the dog even after people were saying it was op from day one, and you know what they did? they "fixed the hit detection" of the dog but all it did is make it so the dog dont miss anymore so it dont matter if you dodge anymore if its lunges your dead.Their main problem was putting vondi on blackout instead of multiplayer and dragging some of the team to finish another studio's COD

      It's nice having someone go 1.00playing objective who can stop the guy only going for kills who's 2.0. Its going to change the competitive level of gaming with first person shooters no dought.

      Yeah black ops 4 scorestreaks made bad players good. Getting a snipers nest or attack chopper and easily getting 10 straight kills with just those two streaks alone.

    I wish stoppin' power would be one mag only and if you reload, well tough shit bud. It would help alleviate my obsessive reload after a kill problem in some way 😂

      @@RoxheartLollipop I meant that if you prematurely reload your mag filled with SP rounds, you lose all the remaining SP rounds and it reverts to the normal bullets

    I'd make stopping power rounds take longer to get and less bullets per mag and make it where if you reload it gets rid of them. This would make the player have a choice when they are running low on stopping power rounds to either reload to make sure they have the ammo for multiple enemies or keep their ammo low to have that fast time to kill but might run out mid gunfight

      cashfan3 me too, at least make it where flak jacket (E.O.D. In this game I think) has an extra perk that makes stopping power rounds not do extra damage to you as a proper counter them. Then it would make sure it never becomes a problem for the community in the future

      @@jackhare6161 lmgs could easily be balanced for it. Depends on how thry balance it. We do know that stopping power didn't help all guns equally in terms of shots to kill. Especially when you factor in range. Could very well only help lmgs as little or not at all.

    Activate Pro option explained:
    So in bo4 you get 2 specialist weapons. In MW this is similar except you can't have them both at the same time. Pressing L2 will swap your current specialist ability out for another one you previously assigned to L2. Example, if your team is getting destroyed and you need a "recon drone" but you have an "ammo crate" you can swap them in game.

      Okay but why is it called "Pro" option? Why not switch? Because "pro" implies it turns into an improved version of itself going by older terminology in call of duty.

      @@AvatarJian That's what it is. You unlock it and it improves the perk. Stopping power might be for a set amount of time instead of a mag. 1 min of unlimited mags etc

    I'm gonna be honest, these sound just like specialist abilities. Granted, they sound considerably less annoying so I'm okay with it, just hope they don't go to far with them. Stopping power does kinda sound like BS though, I hope its not too powerful.

      @@SaddisticSpeller That "downside" you're talking about barely mattered in Older games considering the perks you could take otherwise almost didnt matter. COD4 you saw juggernaut, stopping power and some UAV jammer and honestly anyone that wasnt using juggernaut was using stopping power to KILL juggernaut. UAV jammer, as good as it was, didnt stop you from losing gunfights just because the other guy had more damage or more health.
      Basically meant there was zero trade off at all. Logically yes, there was a trade. Realistically its a trade EVERYONE would make in a fucking heart beat.

      The stopping power field upgrade is the only one thats very powerful, it should have the longest charge rate.

    Stopping power bullets is where I draw the line. That reloading your mag and keeping the damage boost thing is going to get exploited af

      U dont keep it, its 1 mag, so if u shoot 20 mags of ur 30, then reload, the next 10 will be stopping power then go back to normal

    The way gunsmith works sounds a lot like the customization in a game called Blacklight Retribution. They were multiple options for different types of attachments to use which effected your movement speed, ads speed, gun power and etc. it’s a free to play game on PS4. You should check it out, only problem with it is the connection is terrible.

    I love the tactical insertion as a solo player. All to often I get a team that can’t push forward or prefers to sit back in the spawn and wait. Regardless of if the other team “earns map control” if I am able to break free of the spawn trap and have a tactical insertion, I have earned the right to spawn outside of the trap with the risk of being killed on respawn.

    Hope they have something where I can only earn 3 kill streaks per game and the progress doesnt reset on death so I dont have to worry about trying to get a streak all the time.

      Yeah but personally I'd have made it into something else. Any sort of direct health or damage buff is kinda bullshit, but we'll have to see.

    It’s dumb that you can’t have UAV Care package and a counter UAV as your killstreaks. I’ve ran that setup for almost all call of duty’s

    I think they're all fine considering the existence of Spotter, stopping power is the exception there but I'd find it hilarious if Spotter did work on stopping power.
    So yeah, you can pull out this gear and its great and all, but its easily found by that perk and in the case of stopping power, having it equipped would also mean you run the risk of getting marked to the map for the whole enemy team until they're expended.
    Fair risk in my eyes for a charging ability that turns your gun into a death machine

    The issue is going to be with the fact that there is a perk that lets you earn your field order twice as fast. That would make you get those stopping power rounds every 30-45 seconds. That's almost every gunfight. That's going to become a crutch really quick.

    The one thing we have to remember is how these mechanics are being treated in this version... so stopping power has been something that existed IRL describing how much knock down power a round has... for Example a 9mm Pistol, vs a .45 Caliber Pistol... the .45 will have more stopping power, however it travels at a slower velocity, and is less accurate than shooting a 9mm Round. That being said... how IW seems to be constructing this game is to get as close to Authentic combat as possible (i.e. Long barrel attachment would increase ballistics but lower your ADS speed... ala IRL (real life consequences).... as long as they stick to that mantra... i wouldn't keep associating this MW with older CODs..."this ain't your daddy's shotgun." They even explained most arsenal that gets a round in the head will kill... its going to be who gets that shot off, pistols might have more idle sway than a rifle etc... its all good we as a community need to just encourage them this is indeed how we want it to go... It will make for one HELL of a GAME!!! trust me...

    To clarify the stopping power rounds- if you have a 20 round mag and you shoot 10 out of it and reload you will only have 10 shots of the stopping power rounds left and then have 10 normal ones

    How stopping power should be balanced: Slightly slower recharge time, the rounds are unique to the magazine so if you reload you lose it, and maybe make the stopping power mag have a smaller capacity than the regular mags (the extent of which could vary depending on weapon type, so assault rifles might get like 10% less rounds whereas LMGS could get 30%+ less)

    If you rewatch the ammo count when talking about stopping power rounds you can tell it only lasts for one mag. Once you have used a mags worth of ammo the ammo will return to the normal type, even after reloads.

    Dude keep these vids coming Xclusive, loving these break downs. Very concise and factual with good commentary with what is fact or what your opinion is on something.
    I share the same opinion that stopping power could become dangerous. I’ll wait until its actually released to decide, but I think a good idea to balance it out if it is OP would be to make reloading erase the stopping power clip.
    Anyway these field orders seem kind of like universal specialist abilities, hopefully they will be balanced if needed.
    So will the field orders be custom to each class?

    the ammo box with the random weapon spawn is taken from cod ghosts. and i think cod ww2 did the whole "divisions" thing better in terms of specialists cuz it didn't feel spamy cuz with the specialists thing it feels like it just doesn't work.

    At the end of the description for Munitions Box - "Shoot at your own risk".
    I'm loving the sound of that. You see some nice guy throw a box of ammo down and all his teammates gather around to share the goods, so you sink a sniper round into the box and blow them all to pieces.

    The stopping power rounds really concern me. It seemed you get 30 rounds, but every time you reload you get 30 more. You only run out when you shoot all 30 before reloading. That seems extremely broken. And combining stopping power rounds with a caliber swap on some guns could be OP as shit.

      No the rounds carry over to the next magazine. If you shot 20 of the 30 bullets then when you reload you'll have 10bullets of stopping power only

    Dead silence is the compromise IW made when decided to remove the mini-map. Since you'll move based on what you hear and see, it's too hardcore-ish to add dead silence along that.

    Sounds like they’re treating these like boosts in Titanfall 2. Amped weapons, sentries, hard cover/a-wall.
    There’s a fair amount of TF2 in the game. Makes sense of course.

      They're pretty much all fine as it is, Pieces of equipment you place down will show up on your enemies screen if they're using Spotter and they can even get you marked out with that perk, it has a counter and even a risk to it.
      Stopping power is the only concern. Maybe they should make spotter highlight stopping power too lmao, sure you can use them, but you'd risk getting marked in real time onto the whole enemy teams screen.

    Stopping power like this sounds absolutely amazing besides the whole magazine thing I believe it would be much more fair if it’s just the one mag simply because of the the skill it builds for players in a sense. Yes you have extra damage but if your limited to one mag any smart player would watch they’re shots and this honestly would cause a lot of players over time to probably build the same habit. And honestly as long as the damage is alright there is no problem. Only issue is if guns such as ar’s that are 3-4 shot kills become 1 or 2 or imagine high caliber allowing even more damage. Other than that I see that being a great move.

    Stopping power needs to charge very slow and not increase time to kill too much. Overall this game looks amazing, I havent said that since advanced warfare which was a let down.

    So I watched Prestige Is Key and he used the "pro" feature and what it does is it allows you to charge 2 at the same time and then you can pick which to use but not both.

      Tac inserts have designated counters in the form of Perks that spot equipment, I have mo complaints when something has a perfectly viable counter that makes it either useless or even good for you when your enemy uses it

    Maybe activating PRO will make it where when you reload you lose those stopping power bullets, requiring you to shoot the full magazine before reloading to get the most out of those stopping power bullets.

      why would activating Pro harm you rather than help you? Pro has always been used as a reward for people who used the perk a lot.

    SPR will be the only Field Upgrade I'll be using! Along with..
    Perk 1: Scavenger or Tune Up
    Perk 2: Ghost, Kill Chain or Hardline (for nuke)
    Perk 3: B.H, High Alert or Spotter
    I play Core only! No Mini-Map? No problem!

    What if I equip a lmg with a huge magazine and use stopping power mag, does this mean I will have a 60 or even higher magazine with stopping power? If so I can see this being exploited with guns that have bigger magazine size.

    I dont think anything will ever be worse than BO4 specialist. I like these upgrades nothing OP thats going to randomly kill you out of no where. They're really all for support

    Dead silence should be treated the advanced warfare way which was the most balanced by far. Activate/deactivate it manually and only last for a short duration. Any other implementation could probably prove problematic. Having constantly on is way too op and makes it a crutch in S&D. On the other hand, having to earn it though score as a specialist ability (filed order) is too slow, to be used when necessary. Another option is to make all footsteps silent in S&D by default and not bother with Dead Silence at all as a perk. This way it allows players to experiment with other perks and are not strictly bound to dead silence to not be at a disadvantage if not choosing it.

    So the stopping power thing, if you have a drum mag you’ll get extra stopping power rounds? Maybe they should nerf that or limit the rounds to 30.

    Yeah like spawn killing in WW2 due to the larger map size preventing spawn flipping or the constant spawn flipping in DOM every time a flag is captured.
    Tact ins will allow to take the enemy behind their vantage points and flank them

    Stopping power reminds me of the boost amped weapons from titanfall. Basically just more damage for a limited period of time.

    I disagree with your point about the Tactical Insertion. Spawn camping has always been an issue in all of the Call of Duty games, so I've used the Tactical Insertion in these certain situations to change the tide so that my teammates will not keep dying out the gate resulting in a well fed enemy team.

    I personally see no problem with any of these. Stopping power was a perk in MW2 (and possibly other games), the ammo crate will be nice cause I don’t run scavenger, trophy system will be nice for snipers, tac insertion is there, the drone will be more useful with communication deployable cover will hopefully work somewhat like how it works in Siege.
    That being said at least they aren’t weapons that lack minimal skill

    These "field upgrades" are a mechanic that was seen and maybe inspired by the last medal of honor warfighter. It's looks like an updated version of. They were called support actions on there.     I already see this barricade thing getting annoying with people camping behind it or instantly throwing it up during a firefight. As for stopping power, I hate running into Seraphs annihilator. Very bad news.

    There will prob be a juggernaut/Bullet proof vest type field order as well to help counter stopping power otherwise stopping power is going to dominate.

    Ace, what really concerns me is bullet velocity and bullet drop. These things do not belong in call of duty. That's why I switched from battlefield to cod..I hated having to worry about all these things: bullet drop, recoil, bullet spread, always having to burst in order to hit anything, having to lead shots because of velocity..no way this should be in the new cod. I'm all for being tactical and taking things a little more slow, but this clearly is out of line

    footsteps are my main concern...I am visually impaired and cannot play without a sitrep / awareness type perk, in other words If I don't hear you, I will prob walk right into you. I don't think it's fair to the disabled community (which is larger than you think) that just because some people will exploit a feature ( that we desperately need just to play,) that it just gets removed

      Sadly a cod dev wont care because compared to all gamers, impared gamers could be considered a minority in the situation and they're more focused on majority. Besides when game updates go against the community

      @@Buglin_Burger7878 as a visually impaired gamer, I don't want to handicap people I am playing against, for instance, I except that everyone can see me coming across the map, so I adjust my playstyle to a sneaky flanking ninja. All I ask is that I be able to hear the enemies footsteps, and when they fire a weapon I can tell which direction it came from. I am not hard of hearing, but if I was, I wouldn't want to handicap the rest of the players by removing sound, I instead would be upset about the lack of a mini map (which is far to small for me to see ) ....playing to your strength without removing the ability for others to do so

    I'm glad they're not continuing with the specialist classes. I get what they were trying to do with balancing the game, but it didn't completely feel like CoD when you're so limited when customizing your loadouts.

    I am fine with the stopping power rounds only bcoz i will not have to use a certain gun for example, like the saug, just bcoz ttk is better than other smgs. It lets every gun usable. And the only decent way to handle tac insertion is to remove it from the game

    Shouldn't be able to reload your stopping power clips. Reload and they're gone. Shouldn't reload until you have less than 3 rounds in your clip unless you want to risk it all and never reload. More risk vs reward. Shit like this is so overlooked in cod But no other game has these simple to fix balance problems

      I liked Advanced warfare system: double tap the reload and you reload faster, but the remaining ammo in the mag you dropped didn’t roll over.

    With the stopping power you were slightly wrong, if you have a 30 round mag and shoot 25 stopping power rounds - when you reload your next 5 bullets are stopping power.

    I’m thinking that “Pro” setting on these items might be like the old Pro version of perks. So something like stopping power pro, etc. Maybe it adds a bonus onto these items of some sort?

    i think field upgrades are a fairly good option as opposed to specialists.
    from a balance standpoint: they seem more helpful than offencive so they wont feel annoying.
    from a player standpoint: you (hopefully) wont be limited to one field upgrade per team so you dont need to worry about it being taken.
    from a cosmetic standpoint: it means the developers can focus on MUCH more customizations for one model instead of 10 and make it look good instead of fitting the same design on every specialist in the game.

    Just remember, specialist can be a great addition to cod games if done right. Bo3 wasn't too bad and IW was excellent. Stay open minded to potentially great additions to the game.

    once again... the tactical Insertion WE REMEMBER FROM PAST CODS.... there's probably a huge way to counter it, or some highlight or visible/ audible cue knowing its there... smoke, AI/ Team Chatter etc... maybe there's a short 3 second parachute drop or extra time to raise your weapon once tactically inserted.... Keep it on the REALISTIC SIDE of things... and it will be FINE.....lets spread That* work to devs while they still have a couple months instead of knocking how we think something will work in its entirety come release.

    he says he doesn't like tactical insertions because they throw map control out the window. that's the whole point of them. that's why they exist. its just a game mechanic put in so maybe people stuck in a spawntrap can get out and actually play the game.

    Ace dead silence being a field upgrade won’t be a problem in search and destroy of you can’t hear enemy footsteps then who cares. Dead silence is basically useless and it won’t give any benefit If you can’t hear the enemy steps
