Well it won't do much but you can put the walking speed breacher muzzle and use it like a super-speed knife. I did this for a challenge before the jak slash was out and it's actually pretty fun.
I think the developers implemented the speed boost to make this attachment more attractive since we can already one-melee with throwing knife or a breacher device
Not abnormal, there's a melee muzzle attach. that gives a really great boost to moving hipfire and is an almost essential of pure hipfire builds (which aren't even really viable anymore).
For People that want to be fast with Ninja. I suggest on using the Ninja Vest with the All Terrain Boots. You could use Running sneakers but, in my opinion, I feel it’s much better to simply rely on Sprinting over all than Tactical Sprinting. Your sprint in all terrain boots will be close to the speeds of Tactical Sprinting (and your don’t have to worry about stamina) and you will be able to have better Sprint Fire speed. It won’t actually increase your sprint to fire, but what I mean is sprint to fire is faster than Tactical Sprint to fire. So you will be fast, silent, and ready to aim/ fire your weapon to anyone you see. You could use running sneakers if you prefer Tac Sprint. I know running sneakers can increase the time of Tac Sprint but sometimes I just prefer sprint above all over Tac Sprint. But that is up to preference
But all terrain boots as he initially said is faster than running sneakers. Ace covered this on a video. It’s not a bad idea now that ninja got some extra slots

Where Tac is limited but has extreme burst of speed. and yes, Ill admit that you could simply use covert sneakers with Infantry for overall the same effect. But I would also argue the difference can be that Ninja Vest grants bonus Shuriken and Throwing Knife for quick kills, and the best part is these two bonus lethal items will resupply every 25 seconds, so you never have to worry about running out of knifes basically.

Couple weeks ago, I tried testing which gun has the slowest movement speed (not sprint speed). With attachments, the Pulemyot 762 light machine gun has the slowest movement speed of 2.5 m/s. You literally cannot move while prone which is hilarious!
Absolutely would love a series with the focus on maximized stats! First that come to mind fastest strafe speed, most accurate hip fire, most accurate tac stance. Fastest reload, etc
Despite all the attachment bloat, builds like this are one of the aspects of the Gunsmith feature that I truly enjoy: finding that odd or sleeper build that makes the game that much more fun.
After trying out that Superi 46 class, I will say that even though the 20 round mag can definitely be annoying at times. Being able to zip around the map so fast is pretty hilarious!

I'd love to see a "best possible hipfire build" video. I find aiming with a hipfire laser instead of ADS really fun, especially with the crosshair turned off like in hardcore

As a fan of Melee weapons, I find it crazy that the Superi is faster than all of them, the entire movement on it feels so smooth compared to everything else
This sprint speed build plus the strafe build have turned the Superi into one of my favorite guns in the history of the franchise. It's been several years since I've had this much fun with CoD MP, and this gun is a big reason for it. I am LOVING this gun.

Want a high velocity setup with (slightly) more versatility, may I recommend the MP7 with, 1) No stock, 2) 30 round mag, 3) the reflex optic/hip fire laser combo sight, 4) Quartermaster suppressor, 5) Paracord grip. This build provides good movement speed and handling stats while maintaining okay accuracy stats.
I have been running this since the Slash attachment came out. It is the ultimate way to embarrass people with finishing moves. I personally use silent steps and Battle Rage, which gives you unlimited tac sprint for the duration
I got so hype seeing this video pop up on my feed, I've actually been running this exact build but using a laser that increases my sprint to fire speed. I've been using it as my melee weapon in Private Matches with my friends when we do Free-For-All. Outrunning my friends while they have melees and I have an SMG is hilarious.
I did this a month or so ago in order to put as the primary on a melee class, because both weapons are taken into account now. it was one of the shotguns then.
Instead of infantry vest I've been running this with the ninja vest and the all-terrain boots with shuriken and the ordnance gloves and I'm surprised at how versatile of a build it is. It's an amazing melee setup being blazing fast while also having silent movement and shuriken to slow down targets I'm chasing, but is also reasonably able to engage distant targets in an instant without needing to change weapons.
I think it would be interesting to find out which weapon you could get the slowest time to ADS on. I would assume it would be a sniper but it might be interesting to look into.
If you continue the idea, it would be good to have a sort of top 3/bottom 3 builds for a specific stat. So in this cause you would also show the slowest sprint and tac sprint builds you could make. They would likely be completely unviable, but it would be fun to see.
I've been using this setup all day in Invasion and it's REALLY good. I run it with the WSP secondary, battle Rage, Throwing Knife, Dead Silence, Commando Gloves, Lightweight Boots and Mag Holster. It's easy to get behind enemy lines and hit everyone with Executions. I did more Executions in the past few hours than I have this whole year. Thank you.

I got an idea. Aiming Idle Sway for snipers specifically. I invested every Aiming Idle Sway stat for the Stalker, and it has a lot of attachments that decrease Aiming Idle Sway. Here’s the build Bruen Lynx Grip URAL-M stock Corio LAZ laser (or any laser that helps with Aiming Stability) Fission 60 Barrel XRK Stalker light bolt. This is even more accurate than the KATT AMR accuracy build you made.
I would love to see a "best semi-auto primary" build. I loved the FAL in MW2019 and haven't been able to find anything to scratch that itch in MWII or MWIII.

Also try to make the best "no bullets" build. Include melee weapons, barrel attachments that do more damage or gives extra range, chainsaw, flamethrower, riot shield, tactical grenades, throwing knives and throwing stars, and perks for faster movement, better climbing, stealth etc. Just the best "ninja" ever

@@Kevly_ I am not sure about smgs but there are definitely faster shotguns. The Riveter can get in the 30ms or maybe even the 20ms range I believe. One time I used it as a point blank quick swap to back up weapon and that’s what I was able to get it to
I think it's just movement speed and not sprint or tac sprint. The plus side though, you get a wider range for your melee, as it overrides the Jak Slash knife.

The most extreme sniper rifle accuracy build, such that Idle sway and flinch means nothing to you with this build.

If you want to do the best/worst ADS movement speed builds, you can include the EBR-14 as the worst, since you can make it nearly 0m/s.

The Static HV can be built to have like a 70 ms sprint out, which I think is the fastest I’ve found so far. Faster than all the pistols too

We need the best tac stance guns. I know the ram-9 is disgusting in tac stance. But I need some variety in my life.

I main speed builds. Love it.
There's a breacher device muzzle that increases sprint speed too
I think it's just movement speed and not sprint or tac sprint. The plus side though, you get a wider range for your melee, as it overrides the Jak Slash knife.
Not sprint speed, just base movement speed which isn't what I'm going for with this build
The new smg that came with s5, I've built it for pure speed and I'm enjoying that better than the sup 45
