    I'm 64 years. Using mi 5 band. When I do yoga combined with exercises, it shows anaerobic 3 minutes and vo2 max 2 minutes. இதன் பொருள் என்ன? இவ்வாறு காட்டுவது எதனால்? Need your reply ma. Is it good or bad? If it's good no problem. Not good means what I have to do? Expecting your reply ma.
