Hello Sister,
When doing double leg march in & out exercise, it’s really hard to maintain the position . I do my full breathe in and breathe out and towel does not move . After that when I lift both legs for marching in , I loose my towel position. Could you please give me tips and tricks to maintain the position in double leg lifting exercise?

If we breathe in and out while marching , does the pelvic tilt posture won’t get disturbed ? Am confused at this point? Also while doing side plank should we maintain pelvic tilt or just squeeze belly button and Hold our breath ??
March with pelvic tilt: you have to maintain the pelvic tilt, breathe and march, that will come with practice, not easy but practice makes it perfect.
Side plank :Just belly button tight and butt squeeze.

You can always do while standing also, just squeeze your abs to your spine, your transverse abs will be activated

Hi you could not reduce breast size alone sis, please focus on overall fat loss, fat stored in breasts will also go away when fat goes off from the body.. but do pushups, chest press, chest flys to avoid sagging..
