Really very helpful video.i delivered baby two years ago via c section. I am doing this exercise now both beginning and intermediate. I am started wearing hip belt too.. My question is "will this hip belt helps in reducing the belly size"
It's a temporary solution to squeeze your Timmy little bit, but it does not burn fat or reduce your DR sis

I have started the DR exercise with 2 fingers gap... Now I couldn't insert a single finger... The gap is completely closed... Not exaggerating really the DR gap has closed...I got motivated after watched you videos... Thanks Indhu and keep doing the good worl
