DR(Diastasis Recti) is a condition where there is a gap in the connecting tissue between rectus abdominus, this condition is fixable if the TA(Transverse Abdominus) is strong enough. In this video I will show you how to find whether you have DR.

It's always advisable to do after 6 weeks ma, so wait a bit and start after 6 weeks, your gap is very negligible, so I would say you can go for normal exercises...
